I hate to tell everyone this but next year is leap year!

I realized that when I was counting the days to retirement. It really stinks! 322 days to retirement, including leap year!

Kaylee - if you check back in ---is the air smokey in Orlando? We are very very smokey here, it is getting thicker as the day goes on. As of this morning there were 260 fires in Fl alone! We are in desperate need of rain! (not that I want it to rain at WDW!!)

V....yesterday it was very smokey through about 2pm and then it all seemed to blow away! Today, didn't notice it at all! So far, it seems to rain every night right after we hit the condo....I can handle that!!

Wow...you guys are busy chatting away. I don't think there is anyway that I will catch up, so I hope I haven't missed anything major and that everyone is doing well.

I forgot how busy and crazy life is when you are at disney...even when you plan "down days!" We have been having a blast and the weather has held out for us so far.

We hit Epcot yesterday with a great break at the Boardwalk pool. We got there just in time for the poolside games and all the kids had a blast while we adults played 5000 (dice game) and watched. It made a 12 hour day at epcot much more bearable. We got to do Soarin' twice! My favorite ride. Also got to do the new Mexico ride which is much better now!

Today was Animal Kingdom and Jaide did Expedition Everest!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Taylor really wanted to and even with her heely's on, she wasn't tall enough Hit all the rides there and not any of the shows but are friends kids are ride kids and not into shows at all. As a side note...K Safari's have new fast pass machines....the passes are sturdier and longer (apparently they just got put in last week and it was the first ride ever to utilize fast passes-never knew that).

Forgot to mention that we hit Chef Mickey's Tues night. Not the best food (and pretty rushed for characters IMHO) but still a great night...

The kids all lucked out and got to ride in the front car of the monorail BOTH ways!!!

After Boardwalk, we lucked onto Meeko and Chip & Dale at the entrance there with no one around...got to play a bit with the characters. Here are a few of the pics. At one point Chip & Meeko led me away and pretended to steal me from Scott...the pic of Scott and I shows the reaction there!

The true geek in me...here is what the new fast pass looks like

Well, I found Aunty Brat...our fearless leader!! I had fun reading the Eastbound Med Repo Thread.....lots of upgrades and Aunty Brat has been very active!! I am sure everyone is so excited.

I think is is about 85 days till we sail out of Barcelona!!

I loved the Biergarten because I love German food and the entertainment. However, we did it for lunch not dinner. We ate ate Teppanyaki for dinner at Epcot because we like the Benihana style dining for dinner.

I checked for the menu list for the Biergarten from our trip so here it is:

Well I am wide awake at 1.20 am!!! I had a dream that woke me and now I am well and truly awake.

Please join me praying for the safe return of a little 3 year old girl Maddy who was abducted from her hotel bedroom whilst on holiday in Portugal with her parents and 2 year old twin brother and sister one week ago. It has been heartbreaking this week watching the news reports. Tonight the film of her mother showed a gaunt, numb looking woman - so upsetting.

This is on my mind - it is just dreadful.
