Hi Marilyn, I did get some sleep. Irratic at best! I went to sleep early, woke up very early and did the puppy thing, went back to sleep again and now I'm up for today. You know what it's like to have a new baby in the house, you're up and down all night long. A couple more weeks and she should be good to go all night without interruptions. Until then, you'll see me on here at all hours....:upsidedow

Puppies can be worse with having to take them outside!!! But, I think it will all be over quicker than having a new baby.

Let's see if I can remember the post that didn't get posted....I put a picture up on the ShipofThieves website this weekend. I saw UKangel up there. Now, I understand your blondness even though you are a red head. You have some nice pictures up there. I loved seeing them. I hope more people post their pictures too so we can see everybody before cruise.

I'm off visiting a friend who is in a nursing home for the forseeable future. She is only 52, but has had ME plus other physical problems for years. I have only known her for about 5 years and she has been in a wheelchair all that time. She keeps having seizures, which they can't decide why apart from the fact that her body is just so weak with the ME that a small infection takes it over the edge so to speak. She kept going into hospital, then a place where they tried to get her moving again, then home with a lot of expensive care, but it just didn't work. There is so little help out there for the few people like her.

I think you could do just that Deb.:thumbsup2 It is lovely isn't it?

I am craft challenged too, so I hope to find stick on bits n bobs. Then, I bet they will all drop off throughout the cruise!!!:lmao:

That's what I say....I could see me with a glue gun getting glue everywhere without getting it on the things I need to get it on and having them all fall off throughout my suitcase with glue and pieces of things everywhere except for on the fishextender. OK you just talked me out of decorating it.....unless DH wants to sew something on....I don't sew or cook in our house. DH does. Good man, I've got.

That's so sweet of you, but devistating for her. I'm sure you'll add a little sunshine to her life today.....take her some of that fresh baked bread that I can smell all the way over at my house right now....ummmm ummmmm good!:flower3:

Well, sorry, but must get going now.:sad2: Have a great day Deb. How old is your puppy? Can you take it for proper walks yet? Hope the weather is good for you - turned out lovely here.:thumbsup2

Bye Marilyn, enjoy your day too. My puppy, Angel, is 3 weeks short of 3 months old. I'm told that when she's 3 months old, she's easily trainable. So I have about another 3 weeks to go before it's hit or miss with her. She will walk most of the time, sometimes she just wants to play. Our weather is finally turning around. Spring feels like it wants to come out but is still a little hesitant. It started out rainy early today and now it looks like the sun might make an appearence.

cya on the return....:thumbsup2

Granmaz: What type of puppy do you have? I have a 6 month Chihuahua and the potty thing is still going on. Stands outside for 10 minutes doing nothing then comes insides and pees. Silly puppy!

I leave for WDW on Friday - gotta get my fix!

Hi there! Granmaz doesn't have a new puppy....I do. She's a long haired german shepherd, about 9 weeks old. If her potty training is still going on after 6 months, I will shoot myself. I'm told she'll get it when she's about 12 weeks old. Your Chihuahua does sound like a silly puppy going outside doing nothing and then inside doing her business. I trained my last dog with hot dogs. When I walked him and he happened to do his business, I gave him a slice of a hot dog. I'll start doing that with this one in a couple of weeks too.

I'm so jealous....take me with you....I miss Mickey. I haven't seen him since October so I'm overdue. How long are you staying? Where are you staying? Have FUN!!!:thumbsup2 :goodvibes

I get my toast and cappuccino and sit and go on all the boards I frequent, but I have to get on here first - or at least I did!!!:surfweb:
My bread is home made(bread machine) seeded, so you can guess what my keyboard is like!!! Sometimes the keys won't work and I have to give them a good blow underneath!!:rotfl:

:rotfl: the bread sounds wonderful Maz....I keep thinking about buying a breadmaker but I know I'd just eat bread all day long then!;)

Hi Ladies, Good morning to you! I had written a long post before and then the boards went down and now I have to try to remember everything again. I hate when that happens!

Hi there Deb!:hippie:

I'm so Craft-Challenged that I have no idea how to decorate my fish extender. Do you think anyone would care if I just hung it the way it is? It's so nice already.:confused3 I say, why ruin a good thing.

I think it would still look great Deb ;)

I've now got blue paint all over my keyboard (ssshhhhh don't tell Dh!) as I've just been preparing my canvas for my collage (at last!). I've suddenly been inspired! :goodvibes

Thats so sad Maz, hope you have a good visit with her.

Hi Angel, what are you up to today? Did I confuse you again with all my Angel Puppy talk again. Sure hope not....those middle of the night walks and potty training might be hard to explain.:lmao: :rotfl2:

well Deb, I did wonder.......:rotfl2:

Today, I've been out to Hobbycraft, then to the supermarket and stopped in their coffee lounge for a coffee (and muffin :rolleyes1 ) while I pretended I actually might know someone in this town. We moved here a couple of years ago and I still don't know anyone!:guilty: I have a couple of friends I used to work with but of course they are all at work....so, anyway, thought I might have a go at my collage today.:woohoo: So I'm pretending to be very bohemain and artistic and have slapped a load of paint on my canvas (and the keyboard and the table!:rolleyes1 ) so far.....

What about you? Fancy popping over for a coffee?;)

Hi Angel, what ideas do you have for your collage...so far I know it has something to do with blue paint and a canvas. Take a picture of it when it's done and post it up here, I'd love to see it.

Oh, I'm not sure I'd show anyone!!!! DH keeps saying I should try and sell them but I don't think so!

It's a sea theme, there'll be a mermaid...or an impression of one anyway. I had the idea when we went to Cornwall last year and looked around lots of maritime places. I've got a collection of shells and string and all sorts of bits and pieces to use, so we'll see how it turns out! My dd used to be obsessed with mermaids when she was younger (still loves Ariel) so it's sort of with her in mind :)

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to pop over for a cup of Java...wish this was the 51st Century and we could just teleport and travel by thoughts....

It's awesome to get your artsy bohemain on and create something beautiful and unique. I want that picture!

Whenever I move into a new town, the first thing I do is throw a party and invite all my neighbors. It's great to have them as friends in addition to your long standing ones and family. It's a great way to meet and get to know each other and have fun too!

SO when you finish the collage, plan a mini gallery party and invite the neighbors to see it and maybe some other works that you have done. I'll be there too!

OMG....that sounds BEAUTIFUL and so CREATIVE....Now I HAVE to see it when you're done! Please Please take a pic and post here.

ok Deb, it's a coffee/gallery date!;)

When we moved in we had a BBQ and invited our neighbours, it was really fun:) Unfortunately all our neighbours work, so it's during the day its quiet here. I'm fine most of the time, I have loads to occupy me, I just miss all my old friends from Essex...I lived there all my life....over 40 years (:scared1: ) We used to get together all the time for a coffee and chinwag (that's a chat in Angelspeak);)

My last collage was a heart with wings and I quite like that one, maybe I'll pm you a pic ;)

I like that idea....a coffee/gallery date and we'll chinwag it away...(I'm learning Angelspeak now)

Yea, that can be hard....relocating after so many years and having all the friends still being back there.

My very best friend in life was a stay at home mother for many, many years. At the time, I worked a 9 to 5 so we could only get together on weekends. Now, I'm at home and she's a nurse with crazy hospital hours, so I never see her as much anymore. Sometimes, it's just like that.

Oh, I definitely want a picture of this....but I think you should post it on here so we can all admire it. Please.
