Seems like DS10 gets annoyed when DS6 is BREATHING.

That would be the case in my house. Just tonight DS9 yelled at DS5..."you're so annoying!" to which DS5 yelled back "why do you make me cry?"...and 10 minutes later they were giving each other hugs. Go figure?!

Do any of you guys know who the "Hearty Boys" are from the Food Network? They are doing a cooking class tomorrow night at our cooking school (at one of our stores) and I am trying to drum up attendees - $75 a pop. We have not had a great response.

I roped Amy into going - sounds like fun, but most of our classes are only $35 which is probably why this one is having trouble.

If we lived closer we would be there!

We were at an excellent wine and food pairing tonight at a restaurant across from our wine shop!

I had the breakdown last week....I think part of it was pure fatigue from Taylor and myself being sick and not sleeping, but...sat there crying telling Scott that we probably couldn't afford the cruise and we should consider cancelling. He told me no way that we were going and we were going to have the time of our lives! (for my "non-disney" DH that was awesome!)

Ditto on the sick, fatigued and crying JAG!!! DH (who is as much of a Disney Fantatic as I) said, we will do whatever we can to go on this trip!!!

Again, we probably won't do any other big trips or cruises for a while.

We will do whatever it takes... mostly because we want to spend 2 weeks with this crew!!!

This is my motivation for doing all kinds of fun stuff while the kids are young. I know soon enough I will not be as cool as I am now! I just hope all these great memories remind my kids how cool I USED to be.

Us as well....my heart is invested and I think we got a good price and even if we don't cruise again for a while...we aren't canceling this one.

I just sent my DH an email (he is in bed already) telling him that I promise not to buy anything unless it is emergency (car breaks down) but we NEED to go on this cruise!! I can't wait to have 15 days of DCL. Of course, I might have 15 months of the poor house after!!

American Idol starts tonight! Anyone else watching?

I like the auditions the best but watch the whole season.

If you were going to only going to get off at 1 port in Mexico which would you get off at and which would you stay on board?

our availabe funds for excursions and the spa etc is going to be tight and would like to do 1 excursion in Mexico which would be a guided bus tour of some sort. Which would you visit more over the other?

I think that all of the ports are great to visit... Cabo and Puerto Vallarta are easier to do on your own. Acapulco would be better in a tour, or with a planned taxi to the cliff divers or other event. Acapulco is the largest and most cosmopolitan of the ports that we will visit .

Cabo and Puerto Vallarta have lovely smallish shopping/restaurant districts that are easily walkable. Not sure where the cruise ship docs, but I'm sure that it would be easy to get to.

Oh my gosh, he's so adorable! Look how bright his eyes are!

Thanks Holly and Nan for your comments about my little one - he just makes me smile. I'm taking the four boys up to Tahoe this week-end with a girlfriend, no DH! Should be interesting. I thought about leaving the youngest at home with my DH (who will be attending some sort of retreat) but figure it wouldn't be the same without his smiling face!

I'll do Hagrid for you on the ship!! Or whatever you would like... DD and I did all of the books together with ALL of the voices. My Voldemort makes her squeemish (sp?). As well as when I do Harry speaking Parsel tongue!

Well, now that I know who she is thanks to my DIS buddies, what about that Hanna Montana gal??

She'll never see us...a family of four (boy and girl slapping each other in a fight, while speaking spanish, their mom yelling at them to knock it off, dad looking away, you and john rolling your eyes remembering those times....)

Add my little family to the mix, and we probably would just be completely invisible!!!

Might be jumpy, but just don't jump off the lifeboat!! This is going to be too fun of a cruise to do that!
