Do you think if we take a cab from the ship to the airport, check the luggage, go to DL and then back to the airport...would that work? How early can you check baggage???

They would not let us check our luggage in Orlando more than 4 hours before our flight. 4 hrs and 5 min, nope, step aside!

Just got back from the hospital....12:30pm est. Frank is doing pretty good tonight. He was complaining a lot!! I told him to do the rehab...don't bled anymore..any we can take you home soon.

He used a walker and walked down the hall with me....first time in 8 weeks!!

Also we all need to get from the port to DL.

They have vans and will fill up the van as much as they can from one point to another.

I am going to tell you guys something gross I found out yesterday. Frank lives all by himself in a pretty big house in Arlington VA, right outside the District of Columbia. He has two kitchens in the house.

Last night he told me that before he got sick, his refridge in the kitchen on the lower floor had broken. He forgot to tell us. He says there is food in it. He asked me to go to his house today and clean it out......OH YUCK!! 8 weeks...I told him we will have to throw the refridge out....and he said fine.

I am going there today to find out what is there.

EWWWW, My grandmother had this happen to a chest freezer. I warned my brother not to open it and just help me carry it out side to the curb. Did he listen? NOOOOOO.

Needless to say, I'm not sure what was worse smelling, his upchuck or the freezer..

I know that in most states and up here a fridge placed out for pick needs to have the doors taken off, so that kids do not climb in and get stuck. But I wonder if there isn't a company that might come and take it away as is and take it to the local depot. That will be awful when opened.

Thanks Karen. I always worry about that since I have asthma too. I have upped all my asthmas meds to keep the lungs ok (hopefully).

I'm feeling much better today but am planning on laying around again so as not to rush it. Love On Demand - especially since HBO, Starz , etc. have added them to the line-ups.

Oh I so agree. I was really happy when he was complaining!! I told him he was grumpy and he asked me if that was good or bad and I told him that was good!!

He has had so many people praying for him.....I think this time he has turned the corner and is finally on the road to recovery.

Glad he's doing better Sorry about the fridge...maybe throw out the fridge with food and all so you won't have to clean it out

I have the today show on and the guest just said you should flip your mattress every 3 months .....does anyone do that??

I am still in bed, working on this trip. DH brought me Starbucks in bed and all three girls are skiing with the church. Isn't that nice?

I have to get up and take down the Christmas stuff and then off to Frank's.

You're so lucky. I think CA is the only state in the U.S. that is smoke free in public places (but I could be wrong). We did have ONE smoke free restaurant/bar in my city, but it went out of business.

Welcome. No scuba divers here I'm afraid - too scared of water.

I'm scared of the water too yet growing up I loved the beach and a lot of my friends surfed (my husband was a surfer too and surfed Sebastian Inlet...best waves in FL...nothing like Hawaii though) I don't really go into the water except to rinse out the sand. My parents let me watch too many scary movies too young...Jaws and Pirahna left a huge impression on me. I'm even scared in the pool. DH tells me how when he surfed he would see fins sometimes surfing but didn't know if it was a shark or not...depends if the fin goes up and down or glides straight like a shark I feel safe at CC though because of the netting and stuff. I actually went swimming with the stingrays at Grand Cayman on the sandbar..........well for about one minute and then got out so I could say I did it

Lisa, I ended up with walking pneumonia, twice. Both times right before heading down to WDW. Do everything to keep that from happening it sucked!
