Oh I so agree. I was really happy when he was complaining!! I told him he was grumpy and he asked me if that was good or bad and I told him that was good!!

He has had so many people praying for him.....I think this time he has turned the corner and is finally on the road to recovery.

I am going to tell you guys something gross I found out yesterday. Frank lives all by himself in a pretty big house in Arlington VA, right outside the District of Columbia. He has two kitchens in the house.

Last night he told me that before he got sick, his refridge in the kitchen on the lower floor had broken. He forgot to tell us. He says there is food in it. He asked me to go to his house today and clean it out......OH YUCK!! 8 weeks...I told him we will have to throw the refridge out....and he said fine.

I am going there today to find out what is there.

Well, not such a great time out tonight. Had lots of fun at my friend Cindy's apartment before heading to the bar, but the bar was way too rowdy, the music was too loud, it was the wrong kind of music for me, and it was too smoky. Just not my kind of place. From now on I'll stick with my weekly outing with co-workers to my favorite Mexican restaurant!

Funny, that my late granny always complaining and I was fed up with it. When she died. I missed her so much and miss her complained!!

I need some advice on the return trip home.

We get off the ship at about 8am. Then go to DL for the day.

I found a flight from LAX to Atlanta to Dulles leaving at 10pm that night (red eye) and arriving at Dulles Monday morning.

What time would we need to leave DL to get to LAX in tme for a 10pm flight?

Is this just a crazy plan?

Why is it so hard to decide on airfare?

This is what I am leaning to:

Southwest direct flight Dulles to Orl - $54 (yes!) leave Thursday May 8th at 7:20 Arrive 9:25am.

Spend Thursday and Friday Pin Trading at the parks

Arrive in LA via the Magic on Sunday at 8am (about)

Spend the day at DL

Air Tran flight at 10pm (red eye) to Atlanta to Dulles @ 11am for $149.

That is about $400 for both of us for Airfare....round trip.

Lisa....LA is just so unpredictable with traffic so it is hard to say. If you work things on the way to safe side....you would need to be at the airport at 8pm (the recommended 2 hrs early that most people don't do). They say it is 45 min to LAX...which would mean leave 90 min just in case...which would say leave DL around 7 (which would give you plenty of time to see a fair amount of the park). The only ? would be luggage...what would you do with it while at DL? Can you store them there somewhere?

Glad to hear Frank is doing better and yes the complaining is a great sign! Hope you survive the fridge...

Holly...can you still smoke in public places in Michigan? It has been banned in WA for 3 years and I love it, although the entrances to most bars can be difficult since everyone tends to stand right there and smoke.

Just got back from the hospital....12:30pm est. Frank is doing pretty good tonight. He was complaining a lot!! I told him to do the rehab...don't bled anymore..any we can take you home soon.

He used a walker and walked down the hall with me....first time in 8 weeks!!
