Frank is a sick guy. This "Superbug" that he has is not responding to any meds.

He is at the doctor this morning to find out about his gallbladder surgery. Don's brother finally stepped up and offered to do this doctor appointment.

I am not sure if my son will come or not. He is 16 and too cool for stuff like that. But their names are Chris and Layla.

You people talk a LOT! Thank goodness I can multi-task during my morning meeting...

Do you have any children? I have one at VA Tech...one in HS .... one in Middle School and one in elementary school. Only me and my college student are sailing....leaving everyone else home!! (YEA!~!!)

There is one other from our area MOM323 I think...she is from up by Baltimore

Tammy, My 18 year old College Freshman son is the only child I am bringing with me.......we have been on 10 Disney Cruises and he has never liked any of the clubs though.....likes to hang out and watch sports...

I'm from Columbia but I work inside the beltway!!! Are you flying out the Saturday of the cruise or before?

Did anyone answer the question about books for the crew?
Someone was going to collect books at her stateroom for the crew since they love them and cannot take the ones left in Cove Cafe.
Someone else wanted some Harry Potter in Spanish so that was where the exchange was going to happen.

Also--back on post one--before it was lost--LUIS, ALVERO posted on post 19190. Someone said we have access to that thread, right? Did anyone find his post and contact him? As I recall he is a PILOT for the CANAL and may be able to answer questions as he did for the last 2 PC Crossings. I think he said that when the ship is in the lake he can visit DIS friends and had done so last time. We would have to get in touch, see if he is going to get the job of piloting our ship and see if he wants to meet any of our group.

I have skipped a lot here, and have GOT to get back to my CPR review--test at 3 TODAY

I got a Tetanus shot two weeks ago, and get Hep A & B next week.

what is up with the shots? I thought the only shots needed would be flaming and drinkable?

Isn't it just adorable?? Plus the little girl is so cute...ok this baby bug is getting to me. And the funny thing is the chances of me having a girl is worse odds than winning the lottery! I think I'd have twin boys if I got pregnant again...can you imagine? 6 boys under 10???

I can't imagine one more. I get that bug sometimes but when I think about how we wouldn't be able to afford this cruise or other nice things, that bug gets swatted really fast!

I've already broken into having to have 2 cabins, so throw in one more extra head count shouldn't be too bad. College...now THAT is another story! I'm encouraging my kids there is more to life than being educated! Seriously, I just heard of a local kid that got a FULL scholarship to Stanford as an "equipment manager." So I'm thinking I can get my kids in some sort of bat boy scholarship path.

omg, DH told me yesterday he's hoping for triplet boys.....I doubled up on the pill!

It's nice to be home in my own bed! The sofa sleeper I slept on last night was AWFUL! My friend took me out birding and for a drive along the river, both CA and AZ sides.

I have not watched a baseball game on TV since 1994, when the players strike prevented the Expos from possibly going all the way....best record in baseball and they were on a roll

I took Liam to a few Ottawa Lynx games, but after watching the complete lack of talent the Expos, Orioles and finally the Phillies sent to Ottawa...we stopped going

I was a huge baseball fan for years...even went to Fenway Park for a game....right beside the Green Monster...but now all I do is coach my son's softball teams..

I was so bitterly disappointed by the baseball strike and what happened to the Expos after that...I lost every bit of interest I had in the game....

Now seeing former Expos becoming stars on other teams is really tough.....Pedro Martinez, Vladimir Guerro (sp) etc....

sorry for the rant....still a sore spot with me
