Wanted to share one last story.

Since I was six years old, I have had horrible eyesight. Both of my sisters have had Lasik procedures and I had looked forward for about five years to have the procedure done myself. Received really disheartening news when I was told by the surgeon that my eyesight was so bad, that I wasn't a candidate. Was extremely depressed, but went to see the Phoenix Suns Opthalmologist for a second opinion. He was amazing. Over the last three weeks I have had intraocular lenses implanted in my eyes. The results are truly a blessing. In both eyes, I have gone from 20/1600 vision to 20/25 vision! I can see!! No more hard contact lenses that hurt incredibly. No more eye glasses! I can see when I wake up in the morning. My vision wasn't even this good with the contacts or glasses. In three months, I return to have Lasik for astigmatism in both eyes which is suppose to improve my vision even more. It is the most wonderful thing outside of my family that has happened for me. For that folks that have good vision, you just won't understand. Words can't describe how happy I am.

My husband is scared that I can truly see what he looks like now:rotfl2:

Wow that is a truely wonderful thing for you, and very funny hubby you have.

How would I take all the girlscouts to Knotts Berry Farm tomorrow?

I guess that would defeat having the room for the car huh?

Glad to hear you are also crazy and taking all the scouts to play.

I'm still in my bday mode.

Tomorrow, taxes for mom (okay, that's not bday related)
haircut and highlight
Wilson baseball game

I have to work somewhere in there I guess.

This reminds me. I will not look good on April 19. I will need to get my hair done so bad but I refuse until May 7. Which is the day before we leave.

I am not a size 4, I have to try stuff on! But I can take the lap top.

I think the clothes were for the little (in age) girls, not us...and yes I guess I could steal Paul's wireless card and drag my laptop out too.:surfweb:

Isn't there some tradition where you lick some chocolate souffle off the back of your hand and then knock back a cosmopolitan? Oh... wait, no! That's salt and tequilla...

.

I would prefer the first can we do that at shots round the ship?

Ha ha, you are the ship of fools today ;)

and my DH thinks someone has stinky feet, wonder who that is???? :scared1:

Go to Target now.

Don't expect to see Paul again until we board, that was 45 minutes from his life that he will never get back again, yes he reads veryyyyyy slowly.....

That is just fantastic.

I just asked the kids what to have for dinner (which means where are we going)

Wilson says " we are going to eat Casey for dinner"

Molly says " how are we going to kill her, gut her, skin her, cook her all before Dad get's home? That could take days maybe even months"

My children are talking about eating our dog. Where have I gone wrong????

Poor neglected children!!!

Today I did well on the calories, until 4pm...thats my evil snacking hour. Good news the ritz bits are gone, bad news they are all in my tummy....hee hee

Between 3 and 4pm I want to eat all the time.

Does anyone know if Sourmug (Martha) is still on our cruise? She was doing the Secret Mickey which I was very interested in having my daughters be involved with so if Martha is no longer with us then I am willing to take this on. I have sent her a PM twice and have not heard back either time so I am thinking she isn't here anymore.

I have posted this similar message before but then can't keep up with the discussion thread so if you are interested in a Secret Mickey event (same as Secret Santa) please send me a PM. I would organize the names I receive based on the ages of people interested and then give you the name of your person to buy gifts for throughout the cruise. It doesn't need to be expensive, just something very small each day of the cruise and then the opportunity to meet your Secret Santa near the end of the cruise. Children are very welcome to be involved in this event. I think it would be very fun for them and make it exciting to go back to the room each day to see if there Secret Mickey had been yet.

Making Memories - I sent you a PM regarding this as well. Not really sure who I should write to because I haven't been keeping up with the discussions at all but I noticed you were very active with the discussions. Have looked at the website and see we have many activities planned so it should be a great cruise.

I hope I am not stepping on anyone's toes because that is not my intent. If someone else is still doing this I would really like to hear from you.

Thank you,
Sandra

I hope you manage to get this organised. Not for me, but I would have thought children would just love it.

ok kids fed, Wilson too the trash to the street (good boy, as that is Daddy's job) Molly is done with her homework (only cried over it twice tonight) now I'm ready to dish, what up, no more sports ok??? shoes let's talk shoes!!!

Well Casey lives to fight another day.:rotfl:
