Ian, add another one!

Lisa, it's 10pm meeting at Diversions on May 11......the Castaway Cay day. We'll get PJ to add it to the calendar and Linda to add it to the mini Nav. so everyone remembers.

John and I said we can leave CC early and take a nap so that we can stay up late that night.

Ian said it's perfect because the next day is a sea day so we won't have to get up early.

I just looked at weather.com and it looks like both are you are getting snow...

Are you guys snowed in??

The snow has not even started here yet. The snow piles from the awful storm two weeks ago are almost gone. The one in front of the house is only about 2 feet high now. My SIL just drove here from Toledo, and when she left it had just started there. Should be here any time now though.

I doubt if we are snowed in - hardly ever happens here either. Two weeks ago though I did get stuck twice during the storm on my MIL's street when it had not yet been plowed.

That reminds me of a funny story a DISer told me on the 11 night Southern....where I discovered the DIS.....a group of disers were all out at a club onboard having cocktails and one person said the the one next to him, can I buy you a drink? The gentleman said no thanks I'm driving. The first man said, who are you the captain or something. He answered yes, I'm Captain Henry, I'm driving the boat.

So funny!

Karen said she'll get in touch with us to set it all up about one month before we leave.....so we have time yet.

We did afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian during our October trip with the forever lovely Monica. We really enjoyed it.

I think Monica really enjoyed it, despite the fact that we were there and therefore lowered the tone of the whole affair.

Ian - you know that you & Sukie helped make my day that day. I love spending time w/ the 2 of you, and to enjoy a new experience on top of that (the tea) - as Mastercard would say....PRICELESS!

Marilyn - I highly recommend the tea at the GFL - and if you can include good friends it'll make it all the better.

Oh, yes, it's great there!
Our fabulous fifites group....the FABS for short goes there every December. (you have to be over 50 years old to be in the group)

Also, The Ritz Carlton near my house does a lovely "English High Tea" and it's less expensive than the Grand Flroidan.

I just had tea at Sherlock's this past weekend (the original store is in Celebration, new place close to US 27 and 192). I enjoyed it, but the one at GFL definately better.

Oh, I'm craving crazy bread from Little Caesars Pizza SO BAD!!!! I wish I wasn't so sleepy so I could run out and get some, but there's not a close location, and I'd have to stop and get gas on the way because my car is low. Too much effort for some bread. I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Yes, I'm still at late dinner, but waitlisted for early. I haven't checked my reservation in a long time though, so I'll go look and see if that has changed.

Yup, I'll be wearing a wig for sure, if I manage to get one before the cruise.

Holly - call DCL and see if it's opened up.....sometimes it's open and you can change it even before they start calling the waitlisted people.
