Hi Kids! Finally found some time to read the new thread (and finish the old one). I see I missed a lot of excitement over shipping boxes! Glad to see we will be able to send one box.

One thing I wanted to remind everyone, now that the dogs will be sniffing the boxes PLEASE DON'T PUT ANY FOOD IN THEM...if there is a suspicious package IT WILL DELAY BOARDING (or halt boarding)...NOT the way we want to start this trip.

Tammy, :grouphug: to you and your family. So glad you will be coming along on the cruise.

Well, we've seen four movies so far this week! Today is just a knock-about day and tonight we head to a wine bar to hear some jazz.:cool1:

.

.

I am pretty darn pale, but I am going to be outside each weekend between now and the cruise and hope to get some color! If all my freckles would just smush together I would have a smoking tan....price you pay for being a redhead I guess.

I am not sending a box so if some one wants to send one to my lifeboat they can.

Linda, Seaulater, did I see that you'll be at DL on Sunday? We go on Easter morning each year.

I think so. I haven't planned anything because I am going to let Jamie decide since it is her birthday weekend. All I know is that once we get on the plane, she will know she is going to California and then when we get off in Long Beach we are headed right to the Charming Shoppe to see Adrienne and spend some $$$$ and then we are at the Hilton is Orange (400 N. State College Blvd) which I pricelined for $40 per night! Then we will change and if Jamie hasn't figured it out yet, we will be headed to Hollywood to do the backstage tour at 6 p.m. and then see Wicked at 8 p.m., priority seating, center, orchestra, row J. (that cost a fortune). So that is her 16th birthday present.

After that, it's up to her, but I figure DL will be much better Easter morning first thing rather than Saturday. I do want to go to the new Pixar Parade at CA.

You have my cell number right? PM me yours, since my purse was stolen I don't have it anymore.

Hopefully we can meet up. What size clothes is Zoe wearing these days? I might have something I can bring her that Jamie used to wear that is really cute. Thought she might like it.

still no room gydell? I am sure they will update soon! Maybe they are going to be giving out lots of upgrades!!! This is our first time in an inside cabin....I am kind of nervous, but I do like the layout of the 10's.

Can you figute a way to switch the castles? When I look at it I see from LA to Florida.

I hadn't noticed that, but hey, I'm a Disney novice still.:lmao: Guess that rules that one out for us then.

My thoughts exactly!

Thanks for listening, my DH was a great guy and very loved in the community. We will miss him forever.

Tammy, I just want to echo the sentiments of the group. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Tammy so sorry for your lost, sending you lots of pixiedust: and . This cruise will help you and your family. You are at the right place to help you get thru this. I know it has helped me and I don't post that often. Just knowing that there are others that have similar problems in their life and they are coping with them too. After all we are just one family on the big speck of dust.

Hello

Wow, 61 pages so far, I have not catch it up yet.

Marilyn - How are you? Won't be long for your special day:thumbsup2 Same with my husband next Wed!!

Anyway, I wonder if you had book the supersuttle yet? Any news?

4 movies - wow Jackie! Which one was the best?

In order of preference:

1. Mrs Pettigrew Lives For A Day
2. Vantage Point
3. The Other Boleyn
4. Bonneville

Mrs. Pettigrew was delightful, mostly for the acting. Vantage point was interesting, though the big car chase annoyed me (was a bit long). The Other Boleyn was a little flat, but if you hadn't read the book or if you don't know a lot of details about that period in history, it may have been more enjoyable. I just wanted more from it. Bonneville was, unfortunately, a dissapointment. Kathy Bates and Tom Skerritt were wonderful, Jessica Lange annoys the heck out of me (always has), don't know why. The movie was just kind of flat too.

Before Bonneville started, Peggy said "count how many times Jessica puts her hands over her lips, or flutters them at her throat". We decided you could make a drinking game out of that!

.

I have a feeling if we make it to Horton Hears A Who, that it will be the best one so far! :lmao:

I am going to spray tan before the cruise. I will be the only on getting off the boat more pale than I started! :lmao:

Tammy,

Just wanted to let you know that our flight is leaving LAX around 12:45 and it was set up by DCL so apparently they think we will have enough time. :thumbsup2

I'm half way thru Boleyn. I really like it but it's frightening how women are treated and thought of- esp. of themselves. :scared1:

I am heading to bed for the night. It is after 11 and I have to get up early and get the kiddos to school.

I want to thank everyone for their open invitation and loving hearts and kind words. Although my husbands death was the result of an evil act, all the love that I have received from all corners of the my world, leaves me still believing in the true kind and loving nature of mankind.

Good night for now, but I will have more questions tomorrow I am sure.

Tammy
