You are the same as me - anyone between 1961 and 1981 is a Gen Y'er (so I read somewhere recently) - we are supposed to be pessimistic and annoyed at Gen X'ers attitudes to life?!?!?:confused3

OOps....Nah, you are cruising, you are not annoyed....You are happy.

Evening all,

It sure is interesting to see how many Disers are on deck 7 aft. I have a feeling it will be a sea of green. We're in 7612...so we will be bumping into many of you at the lifeboat drill.

I have a feeling that we might just need a couple of these Army/Navy/Air Force (the old hug and slug clubs) gatherings to hear all the stories

7 aft as well.

Ok all - in lieu of a conversation I overread on here a few days ago, I just wanted to post this here. I hope I don't get into trouble, I just thought if I enjoyed it - maybe so would others - and also keep our soldiers in mind - I have chosen to sponsor 2 soldiers for a year - I started in December and have made a pledge to continue for this year. They don't want much - just a line or two here and there. If anyone is interested in something like this - please feel free to PM me and I can give you more info.

Some of you may have already seen it - I hadn't but I think it bears showing - if allowed.

Darn - no patriotic smiley here.

Beautiful!

Ian and Keith both Aries too, 26 March and 29 March

:) Lisa, I remember in part 4 you mention that you will have cocktail in evening for your birthday, so I will come along and join with you okay.:thumbsup2

I already made it - lime green

I got reply from DU about interpreter, Cat 6 and time. They will find out for interpreters but nothing for Cat 6 and times for meals:headache:

Is Everybody got their room number now? Marilyn, Gydell, Deb and I still GTY!! hope we have a nice room or upgrade!!!

Scottishwee35:cool2:

Still Gty here.

well besides my cold, I had a terribly realistic dream and cannot go back to sleep. Someone was after me, stalked me to my office and had a gun, I shot him in the head but he didn't die and when he got better he kept coming after me.

Oh dear, have you got a bad dream? did you watch tv?

Scottishwee35

Was this the 3/1 sailing?? I want to know the story?? (Can you tell I do not have a life right now?????):lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I think the Magic Cruise couldn't park in CC, lots of people fuming about it. Due to bad weather well. Somebody said that one engine was not working and also some people want money back?

Hey Lisa/Dsnylvr5 -

Just wanted to post a picture of April - I got really sick on Saturday and forgot to post one - this is of April - she was extremely happy as she had just run her best time ever - at 68 seconds in the 400. Not that fast but for someone who has never been in sports until this year - quite a remarkable feat - seems as if she has some varsity girls scared. Good thing they don't usually upgrade freshman to varsity. Sides - I think she need the time to mature.

The other white ghost (sorry - furkid) is Chloe - 1 of our 2 Siberian Huskies who's trying to look like a Malumute. She is rather skiddish when put into a hold like April has her. She is big for our house but normal for a husky at 58 lbs. However, her roots are showing as she ages. She is showing some "liver spots" on her head. But then again - don't we all as we age? :rotfl:

BTW, on March 1 we celebrated Aprils 1 yr weight loss of 33 lbs. Did I ever mention I hate teenagers? Not fair I tell you - wish I could do that.

Very cute!! I forget..I know you are like my family and some cruise and some don't.....who is going with you on this WB? IO am only bringing my son DS18 as VA Tech will be done just before this cruise starts,
Lisa

The requested article cannot be found:confused3

Well, that is what my 'puter says....

Maybe it is still asleep????
hmm, it comes up for me!

V - That looks like a nightmare?? Oh my....

yes, it has been really hectic around here. Right now we are working on our interest income projections for the board for the rest of the fiscal year. Not a good thing when they ask...

well I am at work now, not really wide awake, but tired. I have not slept good for the past few nights. And of course John has softball tonight. Hopefully he can get the girls settled and in bed before he leaves.

Plus all the extra work......

Some pages back someone was wondering if Ducky Williams will be onboard. When we spoke to him during our last cruise he said that he would be on both repos.:thumbsup2 He really is amazing. And he is such a down to earth nice quy!

go to some of those places like the Ivy and such.
Lisa

I had a business lunch at the Ivy many years ago and fell in love with their DISHES (not the food...the plates). I wonder if they have the same ones still? A few years later I saw a photo of Patrick Stewart on a balcony somewhere, in a bathrobe, holding one of their giant cups (drinking tea, I'm sure).

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh more pushy leos on board!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Oh but Leos are so much FUN! I just love to sit back and watch them (I make a very good audience).

Still got 5 pages to catch up.....

.

I kind of figured Ducky would be on the cruise. That is very cool. Hope to be able to hear one of his presentations.

:goodvibes
I had asked and I am glad to hear he will be traveling with us again. He really is a fun man to talk to and he really does love the kids! Maybe this time I might get one of his works at the auction!;)

Angie, Let me be one of the last to wish you Happy Birthday today!! I hope the day was filled with the fun things you wanted to do.

I may even breakdown and buy a 25 year old single malt from the duty free since I don't have to fly home!:woohoo:

Thank you!

Oh, we won't be flying home this time either. HHHMMM. What to buy. :scratchin

We didn't go to the auction but we did win one of what he calls his 'scribbles' at his presentation. Wish I could scribble like that!:rotfl:
