Hi everyone!

Just checking in and giving an update.

We are now in Vancouver at my Dad's apartment waiting for the flight tomorrow morning.

I'm getting a little better with my tonisilitis so should be no problems with the flight and the rest of the trip!

Going to have some supper here in a bit and then hit sack at about 8pm so we can get up at 3:30am!

Whatever isn't packed isn't needed now!!

Hope everyone is doing well, I just don't have time now to catch up.

I just packed myself...all done packing clothes for me, and shoes and clothes for taylor...now onto my shoes and all the sundries that are needed. I think I will have 3 checked bags and 1 carry on (for the laptop)

That is good. We have 5 checked and 4 carry-ons. Sorry about the TV

Ah, I see. I am thinking we will have much less coming home as we don't do souvenir shopping. Sun cream will be gone plus lots of the toiletries. I'm not too worried about binning a few sun tops either as some are a bit old.

I am with you on that! Anything left over in the toiletry department will not be flying home with me.

This is what our seat will be like on our flight on Tuesday. This is John the last time. It is a bit blurred. There is a foot stool under where I was standing and the seat turns down into a bed!!

Champagne goes on the little shelf at the side!

So jealous again! I'm hoping my 1st class upgrades come through, but I'm not flying nearly as far as you!!

For those of you taking your laptop:

This is my first time traveling without mine and I'm worried about the number of pictures I take. I always uploaded my pics from my camera to laptop every day. If I bring a bunch of CDs, along with the thingy that hooks up to the computer where I put my camera card into, will somebody please let me come to your cabin & use your laptop for a couple minutes every other day or so to clear out my camera? Please, pretty please? Buying extra SD cards just isn't in the budget right now, but I have a bunch of extra CDs lying around to do this.

I see you have many offers! I, too, will have a laptop and it has an SD (and a million others) slot built in. You are welcome to use it as well.

I'm fascinated to know just how big everyone's suitcases were, that so many people are buying new ones to comply with the airline rules. I thought ours were a good size, but they're well within the 62" rule.

I'm using Kipling rolling duffles. I always thought paying any decent amount of money for luggage was crazy but I absolutely love my Kipling. It lasts long and well, they are very lightweight so not much overhead in that 50lb limit. I have a "kangaroo" carry on, I don't think they make it anymore. It is basically a roll-aboard but it has a little mini-backpack that zips off the front so you can keep you v v important stuff with you at all times.

John uploaded loads of old piccies today to free my photo cards.

Here's one about 3 years ago when i was slimmer. We are in Majorca.

Here is the group at my 60th meal at the beginning of April.

You all look so non-American. That's a compliment, not a complaint. Gotta love the Brits!

Does this ship go through the Panama Canal? I thought we were going to Hoboken.

I passed Hoboken while riding this bus I'm on about an hour ago--did you need something? I didn't notice any cruise ships... Maybe some ships delivering cars...hehe.

Had a wonderful day in NYC. Did some Christmas shopping. Jack Spade was having a sale so I am soooooo happy. And I bought a few kitchen accessories at Broadway Panhandler, and had a lovely brunch at Benny's Burritos. I was practicing for the cruise so I drank 4 or 5 mimosas. Practice makes perfect!

I have been lucky never waited more then 10 minutes. After the check-in line up and that was only about 10 minutes too.

I am in Nashville now.....I made it though the weekend...can't believe it.
Gretchen ended up with 5 High Gold Medals and 1 Gold Medal!! That is awesome!

The 4 shows went off without a hitch....they had 1100 people come...that is $11,000 for the Middle school Mission work. The show cost about $2,000 so they have $9,000 to plan the summer mission work with. They have NEVER had that much money so it is awesome!!

I don't want to go to all these sales meetings....maybe I can sneek out and just go to the pool!!

My last WW meeting for the month of May today! Almost on vacation (if it weren't for the other 5 days of work this week).

We arrive at MCO late on Friday and are staying at the Hyatt in the airport.

Any volunteers to bring us our coffee and hot cocoa?

I would love to download the cd to my dd's ipod, but some of the songs aren't appropriate...what do you think. She usually just listens to miley cyrus or soldja boy over and over again...I don't think I'll be running a risk, plus, I could load it today and she probably wouldn't even notice the cd on the ipod.

It sounds like it! But we have the champagne and FE gift stuff that we have to bring. So we each have two suitcases, we have a backpack, I have a carryone tote and John has a garment bag. I really don't want to have to do laundry, so I'm probably bringing too much stuff!

My mom just called and she told me that since Tyler's birthday is only a few days after the cruise, for his birthday present she'd like to pay for the dolphin kids excursion for him (I chose the one in PV). After a visit to Sea World 2 years in a row, he's REALLY into sea animals and will LOVE doing this! He's going to be so excited! I can't wait to tell him!
