Aaw, thanks! It is locked now by the way.
I didn't mean it that way but glad to know!

I will say it here as I said on the old thread. When V said that about pricing the night before I thought they had been working out finances to see if they could afford another baby!!!!![]()

Ahhh just take it all. Then you can't say "I wish I would have brought ..." That's what I am doing.
Mind you I don't have that much .... LOL
I'm taking:
Pentax K200D
18-250mm lens
50 mm lens
Canon A70 w/Aquapak
Canon A720IS (Ok Shannon is taking this as it is hers)
Monopod
Minitripod
Panasonic MiniDV video camera
and of course batteries, batteries and more batteries. Oh and the laptop as well.

what is hallway music?!
Onboard they play Disney music in every hallway 24 hours per day, so this is the song for today to get us in the mood for the trip.
Well, I see I am not alone. The first PC cruise I shot 4300 pictures and 6 hours of video. Here's what I am bringing:
Canon 1D Mk II
24-70L Lens
70-200 Lens
1.4x Converter
Flash
Monopod
Olympus Stylus 1030 Digital camera (takes pictures & video underwater up to 33 feet)
Sensor cleaning supplies - There was a ton of dust on my sensor last cruise, and I didn't have anything to clean it with....
Canon video camera
Batteries, batteries, batteries..
Chargers, extension cords...
Laptop with external storage for backup.
We'll see if I can surpass the number (and quality) of pics since my last cruise.
I'm stopping by Costco to get my battery supplies before the trip
also bought some rechargable ones for my canon (plus a battery pack as well)
I had been tossing around bringing a tripod...but decided against it (too awkward and bulky)
You are right though, the one lens you forget to bring is the one you will need for 'the shot'
I am also bringing my off camera flash unit...for those shots further than 10 ft or if I want to bounce some light
Yeah, that's why I got the monopod. I actually use it the most with my video camera when videoing parades and shows. Really helps with sorearmitis in the elbow!
My "minitripod" fits in my shirt pocket. I haven't tested it with the dSLR yet (not sure it will support the weight), but it would work with my wife's camera for those times when we want a group shot and no one is around to assist.
I don't have an off camera flash .... yet. I figured I better not test my luck with Shannon and get that too. The price of the camera, the two lenses, 2 filters, new memor card and the bag have been enough for her to deal with. Maybe for Christmas...
