Yes, but I am hoping it won't make any difference. I know Deck 4 is below us(below the lifeboats), but I bet it won't waft too far.

Verandahs are all smoking. The only problem there is that people might smoke more on their verandahs with the other restrictions.

Oh I see I thought the verandahs on one side of the ship were non smoking as well...

Just go to California Adventure on Monday. It is never REALLY crowded.

Good idea. Perhaps get to DL for opening and move accross when DCA opens.

Or just not rush and go direct to DCA.

Decisions, decisions, decisions. By the time we get to DL after 15 nights at sea I will be brain dead anyway.

He is still miserable, though I don't know if it's miserable due to the cold or miserable because he's just plain ... well, miserable.

I think he's better, but it is still a nasty head cold. I've made a doctor's appointment for him, the soonest is Thursday evening.

I pointed out to him today that he's only got 19 more days to get ready. He has not written any of his columns for the newspaper for while he is on the cruise.

He also complained about being too fat to go swimming on Castaway Cay. I suggested we could whip up an attractive bathing costume out of some deluxe vinyl shower curtains and hot-glue. Perhaps with a nice nautical theme.

He just glared at me. I couldn't understand why.

Actually, I'm hoping he's better by the cruise. We have designated next weekend as the start of packing. My biggest fear is all the electronic gear and not forgetting a charger or a cable.

I was at Costco earlier today and the $99 Samsonite spinners are gone.

I guess I'll just make do with the luggage we've got.

This is supposed to be the week that the final accoutrements arrive from Bulgaria. I'm going to be mighty PO'd if they don't.

Just looked on UPS again and my docs left Philadelphia at 1040 today! That's 1540 BST, so should be into EMA approx 2300. Depending on how long they take to clear Customs, we may get them tomorrow or Tuesday.

By the way, for the people who haven't been able to access the info on UPS, are you putting your DCL Res No into the "Shipment Reference" box and not the "Tracking Number" box? Look for "Track by Reference".

I know it's only labels, but I'm getting really excited now. My docs are on their way across the Pond!

Crazy kids, they just can't get it together!

Every day I ask her how she wants her hair and every day she says something different but when she doesn't care she'll say two ponytails so she has those more often then other hair styles.

Well thanks but now that I read the comment again maybe she was saying that we were the parents of teenagers.

Nope - you got me right - I thought you were between 19-21 then I saw your kids - so I was just surprised - keep it up - you'll like it when you get accussed of robbing the cradle when your with your son later!

OK as the DIS is super slow - gotta get off for a while - be back on later.
