Pity the poor tour guide!!!

didn't think of that aspect... We have done a tour before it was great, just for a couple of hours, I think we are set for ~ 6. It's not cheap, but well worth it on a weekend that is going to be crazy crowded. With this kind of tour we self direct what and where we want to go.

And for the first part of this comment...where do I call to book it. If Daniel plays we will have 13 people so we will need two tables.

I think the tables in the Promenade lounge only hold about 4 each....which is perfect for Bunco.....you may be able to put 4 tables together and get a big enough area for 12.....

Don't know if you were on the site in August the very first weekend Daniel was at VA Tech....but he organized a Texas Holdem tournament at the student lounge in his dorm where there was a poker table. Well, he didn't know it was against the law (bad mom never taught him) and the entire group was arrested...it was a nightmare for him.....first weekend away at college.....I was beside myself....His defense was THERE WAS A POKER TABLE....WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO AT A POKER TABLE OTHER THAN PLAY POKER?? WHY HAVE IT IN THE STUDENT LOUNGE IN THE FIRST PLACE???

When his case went before the VA Tech review board....they told him since April 16th last year (shooting) everything and they meant everything was taken so much more seriously....so he was convicted and had to do community service (20 hours I think AND ONE MORE OFFENCE AND HE WOULD HAVE BEEN KICKED OUT OF SCHOOL) .... needless to say he is a little leary of poker now.....

He said to me just now....what will happen if those DIS people get caught gambling?

Well some yes and some no

I use BSL more than ASL but loved to watch ASL on show/theatre. They were so fabulous than British to be honest.

Daniel's best friend is at Uni of VA and his roommate has made over $20,000 playing online Texas Holdem this school year!!

I'm really thinking the 25th will be just getting our bearings and enjoying the atmosphere. I don't think we will be in the parks till almost midday and we have to be showered and changed and back to our eating place before 6pm, so not much time for playing really.

I'm going to write down the rides that are different to WDW and aim to do those during the time we are there, and otherwise just enjoy ourselves.

We will be on the lookout for our new friends as well.(If we have made any that is!! )

Amy is yelling at me for coughing too much! I've caught something probably because of being too wiped out and spending too much time at the hospital. Started myself on my Z-Pack prescription yesterday.

Checked in on him this morning - still holding vital signs. We also made plans for my dad while we are gone. He is going to VA to stay with my sister. I bought him a non-stop ticket from Cleveland yesterday. Of course, I am assuming Manuel will still be in the hospital at that time - but Manuel has a great support group of friends that has told us not to worry, they will make sure he is visited and taken care of.

John... take care of yourself... and I'm glad that Manuel will have lots of good friends who will look after him!!!

It left the 18th....it definitely could have been here sooner!!!

I prefer to not be too weighed down when I go to Castaway Cay or the ports. So I try to take minimal baggage, so this is what I typically take:

Seriously, I just have a very lightweight nylon backpack that I got at Costco. Extremely lightweight and we take the camera cases.

Ummmm Ian... I thought you promised to carry my trunk too!!!
