I just called DVC too sheck on whether my waitlisted room has come through, and they told me I don't have to keep calling them all the time, they will let me know if it opens up! I guess they are getting tired of me!
I am probably in their "do not answer this person" list!

Connie, my waitlist has always shown up on the member website first.

I have the Cove cafe book tip on the front page, can someone send me details on the CM drop to my PM box?

Aren't I suppose to be making some kind of sticker to put in those books? (I have a package of 1.25" avery round stickers that I have never used)

Time to join in for myself and quit relying on DH to keep me in the loop
Counting down the days until we leave. Mixed emotions right now - want vacation to hurry up and come, but still have lots to do to get ready. Had a ton of fun dressing up as pirates on our first cruise, so this time making matching tropical print dresses for DD's & I, with matching shirt for DH. There's not enough opportunities to play dress up, so taking full advantage of it

I hate TV. Does everyone know this about me?

When I moved to my place about 5 years ago I decided no cable tv. I did not want my daughter to veg out and my son was a new baby so he didn't know any better.

Now both my kids have pretty large flat screens in their rooms in their wall units but NO CABLE still. They both have dvd players. Jacinda has a Wii and Dominic has a smart cycle and a V smile console. They watch a lot of Disney dvds and play games like other kids.

However they spend more time role playing and drawing, my daughter loves to bead and craft and stuff like that. My daughter has a pc in her room she can use too. You can really notice the lack of tv when xmas rolls around. While other kids can make a list a mile long with the name brand and model of the toys they want, my kids can't. See they don't watch commercials so they don't know what is out there other then what they see at Toys r us.

As for mommy I have a dual core computer with dual monitors and a laptop so who needs tv?
