Thanks Carol. I've never been much of a crier, but not because of trying not to. It just doesn't happen much.Holly, a lot of my problems stem from the fact that I quit crying. Crying is a good release so don't ever feel bad about doing it. I was always a crier. Cried when I was happy, sad, mad, etc. My mom used to tell me to get over it all the time. Finally I did and that is when I started having panic attacks and went into a deep depression. I still can't cry but one day will and am actually looking forward to it. You are facing a lot right now and just getting over it isn't particularly a good thing. Cry and rant here all you want. Everyone has been here for me and we will all be here for you.
It is not necessary to always "pull yourself together".s are always here when you need them.
Carol
