our guests, he has asked me to respond on his behalf, and I welcome the
opportunity to do so.

sincere apology for any challenges you encountered with the planning of
your cruise vacation. We sincerely believe we have an obligation to our
guests to provide excellent service in every area of our operation, and
I would like to assure you that it is never our intention to cause worry
or frustration for our guests. I appreciate the time you took to bring
your experiences to our attention, and I have shared your letter with
the appropriate management individuals; you may be certain that your
comments have been seriously addressed and we are working on solutions
to ensure these challenges can be resolved.
Thank you again for your comments. We value your longtime support for
and dedication to the Disney organization and look forward to your
