wow - I can see! I am back from the eye dr...now I am in 4.25's! Yikes! He tried to convince me that wasn't that bad. My 10 year older husband is in 3.75 and 3.50.......!

Hi Monica,

I have been looking at Ebay as well. I don't feel comfortable ordering something I'm not familiar with. It seems alot of the items are pretty sheer.

I think it may be easier, all be it more expensive, to get something at Epcot. I plan on looking at the Poly for tropical wear as well. We used to live in Hawaii 14 years ago and have no tropical wear left. :sad2:

If Epcot doesn't work out we'll be shopping in Acapulco.

Cork

Ok Cork...just remember that I will be shopping at the Poly too... (we're all going to have matching outfits!!! :rotfl: )

Kaylee, how have your girls not joined???? We have a new one called cinnaspins. they come in 100 calorie packs. Eat 4 or 5 and you're good :lmao: :lmao:

I brought all the 100 calorie packs and my mom sat down and ate them the first night... all of them!!!

Wish I was. We stayed there last time :snooty: yup you're right it happened automatically.

We are getting in the 8th, late, staying at MCO, but I'm thinking it's dumb to stay at the airport for 2 nights...But I want on that Hummerzine....choices....

What are you going to do for 2 days at MCO??? you can only watch airplanes and shop in the Disney store for so long...

You are more than welcome to come and hang out at my place if you'd like...we'd just have to figure out transportation... Want to sign up for ME???

Gotta go to work....and pay for the cruise...

Just don't pawn the crown...

I have a 6x6 Creative Memories Mickey album that I plan to put in all the pics I've taken at all the different DIS meets.

Linda, I have Photoshop elements now and could do this. Although I will work from the unhighlighted version I have. This is much better then the mini green mickey heads I tried to use last year.

Pj

That would be kewl! It worked really well in the mini-nav last time.

A list, you mean you have only one list? :rotfl:

;) Would this be the master list of lists? ;)

Actually, yeah that is my only list, no I lie, I have that Palo thing too. But I never made any lists this cruise, woo hoo! I just inherit the lists, :sad2: .

V, I was the same as John when I went under the laser.

okay that my friend is even a harder job. Too much stress in the organization from my view from the outside. I'll have to chat with you bean counter to bean counter on board. We have made some HUGE changes now that we are No Ca from Santa Clara County. Did you have issues with the reorg in your area too?

No realignment for us! :cool1: Actually, we lost one troop of girls down in the 4 corners area to Arizona but it was less than 30 girls and we had our realignment done in less than one day! Do you know Michelle McCormick from Santa Clara?

Who bakes your cookies?
I was surprised to find that when we lived in Monterey our baker at that time was ABC and not Little Brownie Baker. Little Brownie Baker was who we had in NC.

Little Brownie

ABC.

They have 3 bakers for the whole country, but I'm not sure who the third is...Linda???

Only 2 bakers now. ABC and Little Brownie. I have a good friend who worked for Girl Scouts out in Calif. at the Tres Condados Council for 18+ years I think, and she went to ABC last May. If someone is dying for something from ABC I can see if she can ship some over to me. The new Lemon cookie form Little Brownie did really well in pre-sales here this year. Glad they got rid of that fudge cookie (double dutch? or something like that?) we called it "ROAD BASE"

:lmao:

Ok, the truck is still there and my sister is here in Sarasota and taking me back to Polk county this afternoon. You almost need a passport to go back there! Wish me luck that I get a great car and a great deal!

HEY!!! I don't know how to take that remark!!! I LIVE in POLK county! :lmao:

Oh, and speaking of re-alignment, (since you asked), even though we didn't realign, we did change our fiscal year, so not only did I do a 1/1/06 to 12/31/06 audit I also got to do another one for 1/1/07 to 9/30/07 for a shortened 9 months and now we are on a 10/1 to 9/30 fiscal year each year.

So I got 2 audits in a year, and the board changed auditors since we had been with the previous ones for 8 plus years, so it was quite fun???? to say the least.

Okay, now I am going to work on getting January financials completed and out to our board of directors today!

:surfweb:

Okay, DH said I need to post these. Chewy and Sadie got their Mexican night outfits in the mail today and had to try them on. Here they are.

Carol

Carol - a sobering morning post - prayers and pixie dust for your cousin's husband that he may have a speedy recovery. I am amazed by the heart repair surgery that is now performed - I am sure he is receiving good care.
Lots of hugs your way:grouphug:

For everyone who needs it!

Looks like about 17 pages since I last posted....better get reading!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Yes I have a list, lol.

I am home until the 8th of May, so will send that to the map to Linda at the last possible moment I can and still get it to her in time.

Monica, I had to order my Mexican shirt two sizes too big, I might be able to use it as a dress, who knows, lol. I will be doing some altering on the ship.

Pj
thanks for all your hard work keeping us organized:hug:

Carol

I wish it was as easy for us to dress Mexican!!!:lmao:

Does anyone know if there is a difference in customs allowances on the 15 night than the other cruises??? Not that I'm spending that much...

Also... I guess everything I buy on the ship has to be included... shutters too, right???

Thanks

anything you buy in the duty free store! shutters should be ok if they tax it. and no ya dont get a bigger allowance just cause ya took a longer trip!!!:rolleyes1 :laundy:

That must have been scary.

I don't remember being scared, never lost consciousness, joked with the paramedics. Do remember thinking, wife is going to be angry, she will have to run the ministry for awhile. But most of all, being so proud of my then 6 year old, no tears, telling all that I would be fine, because he was praying!

All better now, taking as much time with the family as I can, hence this cruise.

With dance, piano, soccer and mom working...that is pretty much all I can handle:lmao: They really have never shown an interest and I would say it isn't huge around here. Actually Campfire is more predominant around here...and 4H.

I think that explains why King County GS and Pierce County GS sell different cookies...one sells samoas and the other sells coconut patties(or something like that). It seems strange that areas so close would use different bakers but that must be what happens...does that sound right?

From all the pictures you folks have posted - we have some really cute kids on this cruise.....:goodvibes

I think all the kids look so cute when they are all excited and in awe of the ship and the trip in general! This picture is my sons first time off the ship and he is headed to the beach. He couldn't stop smiling. Picture wise it is not the best shot I took but it captured how he felt the whole time perfectly. To me this picture is why Disney is worth the money. I looked around and noticed it seemed other peoples kids were all smiley too.
