When do you get to sleep?:scared1: :grouphug:

Holly, that is the perfect age to expose kids to culture and theater. Molly's 4th grade class went to the opera and then to a ballet, then a theater company from SF came on campus and they with the class co-created and performed The Barber of Seville.

I think you do need to expose kids early and often to classics and then they will grow to love them. Or hate them with a passion....

That theater is BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I was in the 4th grade when we went to see Carmen at the Shubert in Chicago. It was great! Children should have a well rounded experience with the arts.

Pictures please. AND what are you going to name it....or am I the only wacko that names cars?

You won't hear wacko from me!

My first car, a 68 Plymouth Barracuda was "Ralph"

Then in order; Seymor(Amc Hornet),

Adolph (my first VW bus), Wilhelm (bus), Jake (blue VW bus, DH had a blue civic named Elwood) The Blues Brothers.

and lastly Otto (bus).

Hi, Marilyn

I'm back on page 47, still trying to get caught up. Glad we heard from Noel, sorry to hear she won't be joining us. I guessed wrong about who had the clot.

I saw on past posts that people are requesting servers. Do we want to request anyone? We've only been on one other cruise, so I have no suggestions at all.

Cork

Don't forget the 5 D's of Dodgeball
Dodge
Duck
Dip
Dive
and Dodge

ACK, Dodge ball. The bane of all school nurses!!!.

It amazes me that my neighborhood kids can all but kill each other playing dodge ball and other games at home on the weekends, but come Monday, they play Dodge ball during PE and immediately have "injuries" that require and ice pack.

At one point our school district banned dodge ball.

Noel was actually keeping her eye out for a server. wonder if she found a good one. We had a fantastic one on the Wonder - but that is no good to us now.:lmao:

I have very difficult to follow rules on cheese. Ask Paul...or Molly, she thinks she knows them now, NOT!

okay, hmmmmm...don't love fish, except good fish and chips and swedish fish...I'll work on that list.

I love all fish!!! Herring, Herring, Herring, (lutefisk)
Okay, only kidding about the lutefisk.

We were on the Wonder as well, and I can't remember his name. Maybe Carol has some ideas.

Don't forget we are meeting at DTD at the stage by the World of Disney store at 4:30!!! On Friday... the 9th...

I did not know of a meeting on 9th, thanks. I'm sure we can work it in. We will be in DTD for dinner and Disney Quest.

Is it just to meet once more before the cruise, or something more?

Joseph

I don't think we'll be able to meet with everyone. :sad2:

We'll be at Epcot and then off to the Princess and Pirate Party.
Is anyone staying at the Poly?

I'd love to try this.
I could buy one next week, but can I get it home safely?

I don't want to open my luggage at home only to find pancake batter everywhere! :scared:

Yikes!!

My DMIL had this happen with Open Pit BBQ sauce.

My DSlL, in San Jose, requested she bring several bottles with her on a flight out from Ohio. It wasn't pretty. They had to throw most of their clothes out. The sauce stained just about everything, including the suitcase.

I'm also thinking that maybe I will get a few of the photo mats and bring them along with some sharpies and have my friends sign it and then put photos in when I get home!!!

Oh what a scathingly brillient idea! :thumbsup2 TABLEMATES....start practicing your autograph!

Well, I just called in sick. Yesterday was so slow that I did part of today's work too. Now, I can't face going in there and trying to look busy, when I have so much to do here at home. Geeze, I could do my taxes today and purge and set up files for the new year and buy my trip insurance...and DIS.

Speaking of which.....still about 6 pages to catch up on.

P.S. Lisa, I've never stayed at Coronado Springs, because it's just too much like home (style wise). AND I prefer the compact and close to shopping Port Orleans French Quarter ::yes::
