I'm doing a quick view of the board while at work (shame on me). Had to comment. This is working Keep it up.

The snow is starting to melt. Woohoo. But we are supposed to get more tonight.

We've gotten up to the mid 50's the last 2 days. Balmy! We even saw the sun peak thru on Sunday, just for a moment though!

So, with the group meals...if you signed up for a dinner and had a Palo dinner reserved for you already...if you got the group one, the private one would be automatically cancelled? Is that true? Still trying to understand all these specifics of these Palo ressies.

Correct, when the final group list is faxed any individual ressies of the same type will be automatically canceled by DCL.

I am still so darn exhausted. I can barely keep my eyes open. I still need some pixie dust and good thoughts this way. I have several issues that I am needing luck with.

Well, remember a few months back and I thought we were going to have to put Casey to sleep? We didn't as I got some good advise here, she was still eating fine and did have some good quality of life.

Well last night was a bad one for her. She gets up in the middle of the night and barks and gets lost in the house. Paul was up with her for 2 hours last night. I even woke up which is odd since I sleep thru everything.

I talked with Paul a bit ago and he wants to take her in this week

She is not doing well and really keeping him from sleep at night.

I'm so sad.

I do worry about leaving her with a pet sitter while we are gone on the repo, it's a lot to ask someone else to have to get up all night long with a crazy old dog.

I am home with a stuffy head. Two of my patients canceled and I canceled the other. I am now caught up with this thread. I plan to go back and try to read parts of 3 to figure out what was happening before the booking fiasco.

Hi everybody! I haven't read any posts yet, just popping in to say HI. Got online to check the weather because when we went out today to rent a movie ("Underdog" -- awesome!) the roads were getting pretty slippery and my car is now covered already with snow, so I want to see if we have a storm coming in. If so, we'll need to make a store run to get supplies because I'm thinking I'll be too sleepy tomorrow to do much. Very hard time staying awake today, despite having a good night's sleep last night, so I'm fearing the worst.

Off to check weather and might try to catch up here while Tyler eats dinner. Oh....Tyler is a little better today. I was so happy to hear him giggle! Still coughing every few seconds, but the cough doesn't seem as intense. Going to try to send him to school tomorrow if he continues to improve. He wants to go all day, but I'll just send him in the afternoon for kindergarten because I know he'd never last all day after being so sick.

My employer told me to stay away because we don't know if I'm going to get this yet and they don't want to be exposed, especially the 80 year old. But if I don't feel anything by tomorrow, I think I can work Thurs & Fri safely.

Holly, sounds like Tyler is getting a little bit better, and maybe you are going to avoid getting this

YES, I saw it, but it came after what I said. I have always gotten one from GS - I get it first thing. Maybe I should pack one this time. I do pack a "Monster" outlet expander, so that I am not taking up the whole outlet with my machine.

43 pages ... I think one of my eyeballs almost fell out!!

Glad to be caught up. How cool that so many people are getting their excursions!!

Wanted to mention that in addition to my "group", you will be receiving at least 3 "special packages" delivered throughout the cruise ... my crew loves stuffing the Fish Extenders and seeing everyone's doors. They will be a surprise ... but here's a hint ... they will contain both fun stuff and candies!! And maybe ... oh, I don't know ... I might throw in some SMARTIES!!

I cannot bear leaving the MAGIC without having another cruise booked. It is hard enough leaving ... but without a firm plan to return, I would cry for at least a week (no kidding, at least a week!!).

Does anyone else go thru severe withdrawals???

You won't have a problem with the kids club. Even if you can't get on to get them registered online that night, you'll be able to do it when the dust settles. I completed their online paperwork the next day. In Aruba we're doing a jeep tour...should be fun.

If you can get Palo's on booking night, just go there first thing when you get onboard...that's what we had to do last time and we got what we wanted for a group of 8!

Well I am glad. I really don't know what else sounds like fun. I'm still researching the cities. Jon wants to go to Cabo Wabo so we'll probably do that there and I want to go to see the cliff divers at la perla but I can't figure out if we will be there on time. Do you know if we have to be on board early on the pirate night and mexican night parties? I was surprised to see that they were on port days and not sea days. It seems like that would be more fun when we haven't been on adventures all day!

How does the booking process work on the ship? Is it a good deal? Do you have to book a specific cruise or just put a deposit?

Thanks. I read something I wrote at the funeral. It was tough not to cry during it.

Also, I know a lot of you gave me good wishes about booking the cruise and I wanted to thank you all - sorry I didn't respond to each one. I still am so excited, and know we are doing the right thing by going.
