There are plenty of dates and times available for Palo brunch and dinner, so don´t worry.

Oh, and nothing was available for tea.

After an hour and half finally got on and got what I wanted and on the days I wanted! I got tea on the 18th so will have a couple of empty chairs if anyone wants to join me. There has to be a better way than staying up half the night!

I was trying to get the 18th and so was nan. No such luck. I am traveling alone and did get a time for tea but I am not wanting to go alone and could not get the group day of the 18th.

Just got off the phone with Disney... they couldn't even get into my reservation.. and all I got was sorry.. the server must be busy. I will make someone aware..

Well that doesn't solve my problem of not getting the excursion/tea/brunch that I wanted... but all I got was Sorry... hmmmm!!

She said.. just keep trying.. that is an easier said than done resolution..

Anyone else upset by this?

DCL SAID THEY WILL DO NOTHING OVER THE PHONE TO HELP US!!!!


i just got off the phone with a DCL CM and they said there was nothing they could do, no one that could help us, the system has been doing this for a while, BLAH< BLAH< BLAH!!

well i for one and writing all the DCL execs about this! i am not a happy camper! we have spent so much $$$ for this cruise for this system to keep crashing like this! they should just have a special phone line to call in so they can do this!

another glitch i have found is that the teen activities cannot be booked because i get an error message that says at least one adult must be present (which is not true) and i cannot pick someone anyway because all names are greyed out except for my teenager! i had no probs booking them on the EB TA cruise last may!

so i now have no excursions for 2 of my ports.....don't know what we will do now!

I can't book my kids on the kids dolphins because of this. It says add an adult but wont let me!!!!

well just got up and am trying again. saw fishies for a while, but it seems to be booking my excurscions--one of the jeep tours in Aruba and parasailing in CC, but we'll see I guess.

oooh, just picked a time for parasailing, this looks hopeful!

Well, I know the DCL reps can't tell you "everything" but mine told me what was out there was all they had and they are really sorry. (she would not tell me that they would release more dates/times on the 75 day mark) That last night most likely the majority of the ship was on trying to make reservations and that is just too much for their system to handle (Lisa...she said it was likely 1200 people, does Mark think that is more reasonable for the system to be crashing?). I told her that this happens frequently so don't you think you should find a new server? I was very nice because she was so nice. She said on the CC line there were 20 people already on hold!!!! Basically it was a nice conversation and I got the bottom line, of I'm sorry, just keep trying!

She finally ended the call because all she could get was the fishies too! So, even DCL reps can't get on!!!!!

Off to class...feel bad from my friend, I better warn him not to let me near him with a needle as I have some anger issues this am

Just talked to DD at college she was able to get our shore excursions and dinner at Palo. No brunch or tea left.

Morning all. I got in this morning finally and booked a Palo dinner. No brunches left, so I will try at the 75-day mark and/or when I get on the ship. I've never done it, so it would be nice, but I'm not going to fret over it. I only wanted one excursion, which I did not get. DH is a sailing nut and really wanted to do the excursion on the America's Cup boat in Cabo. I will keep trying for that and hope for the best. It would be great if I could get that for DH. What a mess last night.

Palo Dinner is the first night when we leave Canaveral. At least it's at 6:30 so we should be able to meet with our dinner mates at late seating.

Feeling alittle better, bummed about brunch though. Dh's bday is the 15th and it would have been nice.

Well, I'm happy with our excusions, they are what we wanted.

I was able to get everything I wanted except tea on the 18th. I got it on the 17th. I also got a brunch and I got all my excursions and I got John's spa. I'm done, set and ready to go.

I kept logging off and on last night and between midnight and 5:30 am I managed to get two excursions done. When I logged off again after 5:30 and then back on again.....I had no problems, no waits, just smooth sailing booking all the rest. I should have just stayed asleep until 5:30am gotten up and did it all then. Who knew?

At least I'm done and got everything I wanted.

I will say that on my first 4 day cruise I couldn't get brunch online, but got it once I got on the ship there were plenty of openings, so there is that hope
