Awww.....your cousin's princess is so pretty! I love her name! :lovestruc Thanks for showing us! :cloud9:

About my friend, I am sitting and thinking what I am doing. I think I go and buy a card 'Thinking of You' and send it to my friend who lost the baby yesterday.:sad1: As her frist baby, why her? she is lovely and happy woman. Life is so cruel!

 Excellent idea Deb. Maybe flowers too? And if she lives close enough, deliver personally with a HUGE hug.

Or you could bring stuff to SELL.

:rotfl: Look who's talking, I can be no help with this business though. We moved from a big house to a condo less than half the size and are still getting rid of stuff. No gifts or souviners for us. We are living lean and liking it.

Jan :earsgirl:

Downsizing has really made us think before we buy also. My new philosophy is you either have to pack it or get rid of it, do you really need it?

Newborns are so cute, don't you just want cuddle. :goodvibes
Not me....I only like looking. I don't like holding them because they might throw up on me....or start screaming. I'd never held a newborn, or even a baby younger than a year old, until Tyler was born. I'm NOT a baby person.

I think I am the only one here. Fun to post with California and British Isles at the same time.

Maybe I can sleep a bit before DH has to get up for work. or not.

Jan :earsgirl:

:scared1: I got about two hours of sleep and never worked so hard in my life. I need a vacation!

We were going on a cruise. Our stateroom was the oddest layout of any room I have ever seen in any place. It was not cleaned up, the beds were unmade, food wrappers were lying around, empty wineglasses abounded, a cigar butt was on top of a dresser and there was a cheese tray sitting on a table that had been there long enough for the cheese to get crusty and all the crackers were gone.

There were three doors to the room and people kept walking in the two that connected to a party room and used our room for a place to chat or snack. In spite of this my sons were sleeping. I had no idea where my Daughter-in-law was.

When I tried to get someone to assist me, I discovered people on deck, in the dark, lining up to get off for an excursion through a factory. It made sense at the time, but I think it was a factory that made ICEBERGS. Children were getting separated from their parents and no one seemed to mind except me.

I could not find DH no matter where I looked.

I do not want to cruise on THAT line again!!

Jan :earsgirl:

Holly, someone is selling a Bobby for 14.99 and 6.50 for shipping.

new never blown up, :scared1:

I saw my mom over Christmas. She commented on my recent weight loss by saying " You can really tell you've lost weight, you can see it in your face. When your face was fuller you had less wrinkles" :faint:
OH NO! Why do moms say things like that?! :scared1:

I think of all the souveniers we have purchased and almost all of them are in the bags in the closet......

:scared1: I think the cruise planning is getting to you now!!

I promise we won't all come and invade your room, chat, leave our wineglasses, starle chees and cigat butts all over.:lmao:

how precious! DrHug heard that name a few years ago and fell in love with it. That is what he named his first little traveling electronic gadget. He had to give it a name to tell his computer to download books and such to "her".

I know she would appreciate a card from you. That is just terribly sad.

But the beauty is you can hand them back. ;)

Awww dog, Lexi is so beautiful, wish I give her cuddle!!

There are times I wish I could send her to Scotland, or somewhere else far away . . . she is a little over two years old, and for some reason, for the first time in about a year, she decided she wanted to wet in the living room last night!

Lovely photo, and beautiful name.

Ah, Daddy's Girl same with my husband!!

Forgot ask you, how old is Sophia?

Scottishwee35:thumbsup2

Sophia will be eight years old this Sunday.

Kaylee's off skiing, but do we have anybody else here from Washington? A friend of mine is in Seattle until Monday for work (has been there a week I think) and is having trouble finding a bar that serves Miller Lite. I think he's full of beans, but that's what he says. Anybody know a good place?

Also, he's going on Saturday to Anacortes to take a ferry to San Juan Islands he says. Says it's about $10 to go from one island to another. Anything else he should know in advance?

He did the Space Needle on Wednesday, anything else that's a must see?
