My best friend has heel spurs and I read that CROCs really help. I bought her a pair and she never takes them off now!! She says they really help,

crocs really do help! i was diagnosed with plantar fascitis a couple years ago...my feet would really hurt first thing in the morning and when i got up after sitting for more than a few minutes...REALLY EMBARRASING and painful! my crocs did wonders....i always have a pair by my bed for when i go to the bathroom in the middle of the night...i never go barefoot anymore but my plantar fascitis has not been back...also i took extended relief tyl and aleve every morn and night for 3 months...i think eberything together made it all go away....i had heel spurs at the time (ugly awful little things that look like a hook coming off the bottom of your ankle bone) but i have not had my feet xrayed since then so i do not know if they are still there....

Wow. Must be the temperature difference of just several hours South. We had torrential rain all day, and most of the day yesterday. I kept thinking if that were snow (like before the global warming) that we would be BURIED. There is actually flooding going on around here.

It has been 80 here today with sunny skies. CRAZY!!! It sounds like rain outside now though...windows are still open.

I just checked the site for 2A2K and there is only cats 4 & 5 open now for LOTS more than what we booked the August cruise for a year ago. Good luck with the upgrades!!!

On the PF gang, count me in. I found a cute pair of shoes last month and haven't been wearing my crocs, and my heels are in so much pain the last two weeks. I am going back to them this week. I have learned my lesson, I swear.

Late, but I have no choice. Took Sophia to dance, then had to go to the High School because it was Senior Night for girl's basketball, and because I am Board President, and I knew no one else would show up, I went to congratulate the girls.

Came home.

Ate at 8:00.

Helped Amy set up the laptop that they gave her to travel with, that has so much security on it, I felt like I was in an episode of Get Smart or something.

Shortened my workout to 20 minutes since it was so late, showered, and now since I am wide awake for a few, am on the DIS. And rambling.

naw, just kidding. Molly and Wil are going away to camp for 2 weeks and Paul and I can have our first vacation alone in 11 years. Sad part is camp is happening during Molly's bday. I'm thinking that I want to try to appear with a cake on that day. We'll see, they don't like parent visits at this camp...

well since you brought it up and I'm the queen of TMI, I gave Paul a gift that stops giving on our first DCL cruise, yes on Xmas I said, ok you can have the surgery....I so don't want to go back to the toddler years again But we can none the less enjoy the sport of the activity now with caution throw in the face of the wind.

Well we went to see the HM movie tonight...520 show on a Wed night and it was almost sold out, Crazy!!! Anyway, I was hysterical at the dad portion of the movie...John I bet you would be out there running in high heels for Sophia, wouldn't you? Jaide and Taylor both got upset with Scott and asked him why he didn't do that for them...he had to try and explain to them that that contest was in Texas or somewhere like it. He said if they had done it here he would have done it for them. Great contest idea though!

Oh yeah, Sophia liked that part too, and said Daddy, you would do that!

How about the guy who duct taped them to his feet?

I would also recommend asking about an independent study. Unfortunately many schools rely on attendence for their funding. An IS counts the student as present and they get their money so they are happy. Good luck!

In Ohio, they do the ADM count in October. This may vary from state to state, as well as how often they do it.
