MY GIANTS WON THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!!!



I'm still in shock and can't believe it. I wasn't lurking on here last night and I wasn't asleep. I was actually watching the game, but I was about 30 minutes behind real time. I had put the hoopla on about noon and keep pausing all day long to go to the bathroom, go eat, talk to John, etc. so by the time the game came on I wasn't watching in real time and I didn't want to ruin it by reading something on the DIS so I stayed away.

It was a great defense game.....both sides. I think the Patriots got what they deserved because Brady snubbed Eli when they both took the field for practice and they passed each other and Eli extended his hand to say hello and Brady shunned him. From that point on I really wanted the Giants to shove it right back at them......and they did!!!!

I loved Alicia Keys beforehand and Ryan Seacrest doing the red carpet. I loved that Jordan Sparks' father was an ex-Giant and she sang beautifully. I even liked Tom Petty at halftime. I thought they all did a great job......very enjoyable. But the best part was the ending score. GIANTS WIN!!!!! WORLD CHAMPS!!!! I already ordered my Eli Manning Jersey......I'm proud to wear his number now. How cool, back to back MVP for him and his brother. That's special and very unique. Overall, it was an awesome game and an awesome day! John's chilli was great too!

Let me know if you decide on the 3-hr - that was our other choice for Cabo too!

Lisa I think we might go for that one. It sounds nice and has some walking which we will need at the end of the cruise, and some good views also.

Marilyn - the 3 hour tour (I just got the Gilligan's Island song in my head) is both land and sea. I figure it would give me a good overview of Cabo, but still allow me time to do what ever. Join me!

Hi Venetia, V says that she got a notice telling her that all the jeeps have now been reserved and they are closed because there are none left. Were you able to book yours before they ran out? I really hope you did because I would love for you and Bubba to go with us. We're all going to have such a great time.

I'm not sure about this one....but all the other shorex that I've ever been on (except on CC) have had just 1 time. There could be more than 1 bus, but I don't know

Hi! My DH, DS(5), DD(3), and I are all going to be on this cruise! We've been booked since the first day, but I had too much going on to join this thread then, and then I felt like I was too far behind after a few weeks, lol. But now that we are getting closer and preparing to start booking excursions (we are CC members, so that's on Sunday!), I really want to join in and do some additional research.

I know the search function isn't working well, and I am a little overwhelmed by these threads. Is there anyone who would care to make suggestions for excursions for our family? DS is very adventurous and would love to do zip-lining, but I think he's too young, even booking independently. Please someone correct me if there is a place where he could go! DH also loves, loves, loves snorkeling and would appreciate recs for the best snorkeling excursions.

Finally, is there a theme night schedule yet?

Hi and welcome. I'm so glad you decided to eventually jump in here! Just me and my husband John on the cruise.(Well with a few hundred others I suppose!! )

As far as the excursions go, we have a website which you will need the password for from Pj, so you can PM her - pjpoohbear, or wait till she comes along to see you and gets in touch.


She has done a great excursion comparison chart which might help you.
