Hi everyone - part 3 here we go!!!!! Couldn't quote from the old thread, but as much was about Superbowl anyway................!!!!!

Cabo 1 hour coastal cruise. Yes this is what we are thinking of doing, though i do keep looking at the 3 hour one that Monica is doing. Probably will see where the finget lands next Sunday!! However I's so glad there are some doing the same one, though I guess there will be more than one of those cruises so we might not be on the same one.

Many thanks for your writing to me about experience of Panama Canal.

This morning I spoke to Head Teacher about children's leave for May.

Head Teacher explained that Scottish Executive start up new rules last month and she told me what I do that go to my employee and ask my line manager to write a letter to proof that I am unable to get off work in school holiday in summer.

Oh well, that is true. I am working throught the summer holiday. If I cancel this cruise and I won't get my summer holiday because it was full booking already at the summer period. So I will speak to my boss today.

Send me pixie dust please please.

I am just so amazed that the educators can't see the educational value of this, but can let them go if parents can't get time off in the summer.

Talked to CM yesterday at DCL and she said some of the gty will not find out until they check in. There are so many that have gty that they may not be able to assign some of the rooms until then. For Disney to be so big you think it wouldn't take that long. I'm sure I could have all the gty's assigned in a day!

I think that it is because there are limited number of employees doing this piece of the job and they are working on 3 cruises every week prior to ours. When I talked with them about simply moving our dining to early with the rest of our party last Dec, this was explained to me.....it will happen but only one person works on dining and she is working on 3 cruises per week. (and it did happen 2 weeks prior to our cruise) So it might be very close to cruise time before they are all assigned, but I would bet there are very few that are not assigned prior to sail.

Guys...when the original thread is posted if someone wants to help me get links together I can put them in the first post and then add to them as the threads are closed to try and keep you guys linked before the cruise.

I can tell you when I worked for DCL reservations that even though they tell you that you may not find out until you're at the port - they try to get everyone assigned prior to documents being sent out (30 days out). I know I sailed as a CM 1 time and CMs get the left overs...so regular paying people (like me this cruise) get assignments before CMs.

Other than needing the nbr for our door signs and the other fun stuff we're planning, I wouldn't sweat it....really. You will get a room number!

As far as your first paragraph I believe that is what VA do when the flight is full, so not to worry!!!

We didn't get that call about the flight back, so will go and check now!

Outbound flight isn't full - there's still availability in all classes - so I don't know what they're playing at. I just have an inherent distrust, particularly as I've read several times about people being bumped out of 6A&K to accommodate crew member's friends/relatives.

Are you not flying back from Orlando to Manchester? The flight time change is from Los Angeles.

AWESOME job on the Anthem too, wasn't it, for once.

Great game, and I wasn't even going to watch it. I was so glad I did. It's been an amazing year for the Patriots. It was sad to see them lose, in a way. But, then, I wasn't really a fan of either team. The Giants wanted it more. Those last few catches were truly incredible. The last TD was perfection. Congratulations to all of you Giants fans.

Signing off for the night. Tomorrow starts my detox Everyone losing all this weight and exercising motivated me to get myself in gear.

I wish I could get in gear too. I want to lose weight enough that when I am on the cruise I can eat what I want and bo ok later on LOL. 15 nights is such a loooooong time with all that yummy food!

Don't worry, you're safe! We're running late and should have been out of the house 1/2 hour ago, so I'll be off soon. Wanted to get up really early and go do some running around before Tyler's doctor appointment, but I just couldn't drag myself up. Waiting for the dryer to finish my clothes and will hop in the shower and off we go! Back tonight after he's in bed again.

Good morning Thieves! Well looks like we have a new home again. You know, I threads would be a tad shorter if THE BLASTED CHAT ROOM WORKED! There are several tiimes (seems like weekend evenings) when a lot of us are on just visiting with each other that we could do in the chat room. ALTHOUGH, those who weren't present would miss our witty repartee.

I agree. It looks like they plan on some new software before it will be back.

But remember...some of you will have met at the DTD meet the day before, and in the Hummers! I plan on taking the 1st bus to the port if at all possible.

Too bad the real estate market isn't moving this fast, all those who have houses to sell would not have to worry. Right now we have 3 family members with either houses or property to sell. Well I couldn't even get on to the manage your booking page. Said we had a flight schedule change(what you said) and to contact our travel agent(Virgin Hols) before being allowed on again!!

So I phoned Virgin Mumbai, but however nice they were they had no idea and after some trying to get info was told to phone VA. I then phoned VA - still to Mumbaiconfused3 ) and went through it all again. They eventually brought up the ressie, and said because it was UC they would put me through to their department. This sounded like this country.

She really couldn't understand why VH coluldn't help, but heyho!! Yes, she confirmed the flight change, but I had to ask about seats. Ok, we had the same number seats. I asked where they were as I had booked in the nose. No, she said they are back down the cabin! I had my VFlyer seat maps up, so asked the plane type. What a difference in layout this plane has! The agent said it was always an airbus!! Oh no I said. This is the second change and mess in the seat reservations I had made. Oh, she said, they do say seat bookings are not definate. I know that I said, but this is the 3rd time. Well she looked and got us nearer the front. Not sure it really matters on this aircraft, but there you go! I looked on the ratings on VFlyer and they are classed as excellent seats so we will wait and see. Firstly if we actually get them and secondly if they are good seats!

Why are all these things so difficult?
