Is there nothing we can do to get DCL to allocate cabins? Surely they must know some of us have these threads and organise things beforehand. Should we all email them or would that just do no good at all? I just find it hard to believe they can't do it.

When are you off on that trip Gydell? You will never ever be able to catch up on this thread(these threads) after that vacation.

I leave this Fri. for Fl. and come home next Wed night. Then on Fri. I go to NC for 4 days. April 6 to St Maarten for 6 days. So I'll have time to catch up in between trips!

Don't worry, you're safe! We're running late and should have been out of the house 1/2 hour ago, so I'll be off soon. Wanted to get up really early and go do some running around before Tyler's doctor appointment, but I just couldn't drag myself up. Waiting for the dryer to finish my clothes and will hop in the shower and off we go! Back tonight after he's in bed again.

Good luck w/ the dr today...let us know what they say

I have NO problems introducing people to each other.....and I was planning on wearing a lime green shirt (don't think I'd be able to do total lime green )

But remember...some of you will have met at the DTD meet the day before, and in the Hummers! I plan on taking the 1st bus to the port if at all possible.

Monica, where are you staying the night before (and where are you leaving your car)? Can't remember...mind like a steel trap. Would you want to stay at the Hyatt with me? I don't know if that will complicate what you are doing with your car, but you are welcome to crash there and very possibly there may be a spot in the hummer, as I know a couple of folks scheduled for that have cancelled.

Well, I will be glad when the reservation day has gone as we have to be up for 5am here, and with the last time being a little traumatic I do worry a little about it, so probably won't sleep much.

Good morning Thieves! Well looks like we have a new home again. You know, I threads would be a tad shorter if THE BLASTED CHAT ROOM WORKED! There are several tiimes (seems like weekend evenings) when a lot of us are on just visiting with each other that we could do in the chat room. ALTHOUGH, those who weren't present would miss our witty repartee.

Jackie - do you know who we would need to talk to so that we'd be allowed to use the chat room?? I think that would be a valid reason to allow us in!

I am feeling the Superbowl today! I am so happy for Eli and the Giants. I am really not a fan of either team, and it is kind of a shame to not have the full perfect season, but Brady was just so sure it was in the bag and it kind of backfired on him.

Morning Jackie!! Thank you for your most generous offer (esp since you've already met me ). Can I get back to you on this? I'm pricing out what it would cost for me to leave my car at the Parking Spot vs a couple of hotels that have a Park and Fly rate.

As for the Hummers - I'll have to pass on that only b/c I'll be doing the bus with Will, Mickey and Mickey's parents.

For the last few days it won't let me view the seatmap for the Manchester-Orlando segment. It just says seats will be allocated at check-in. Well, I've had 6A&K booked since last June, so if we don't get them I won't be a happy teddy!

On Friday, Virgin phoned to tell us that our flight back from Los Angeles had been brought forward by 25 minutes. What they didn't bother to mention was that the aircraft has changed from a 747 to an A340. So no quiet night flight upstairs, which is a shame. In the move, they had left us in our original seats, 5A&K, which would mean waving at one another across whoever's in 5D! How daft.

As far as your first paragraph I believe that is what VA do when the flight is full, so not to worry!!!

We didn't get that call about the flight back, so will go and check now!

Talked to CM yesterday at DCL and she said some of the gty will not find out until they check in. There are so many that have gty that they may not be able to assign some of the rooms until then. For Disney to be so big you think it wouldn't take that long. I'm sure I could have all the gty's assigned in a day!

This is crazy.

I can understand that until final payment date it could be difficult because of any overbooking they've done. But once final payment date has gone then surely they should start allocating people to rooms.
