Good Evening, Does anyone have those MaxxAir Vents on their RV. Are they worth the money? How hard are they to install?
Thanks

We have installed them on every unit we purchase. It's actually one of the first things that my DH does. It's great to leave the vents open and not have to worry about rain coming in and in the winter time it's a good way to keep your RV ventilated. My DH says they are very easy to install.

We have them, they're well worth the money and they're not hard to install.

I installed ours last year with no problems. Very easy. They certainly help with the weight of snow around here :worship:

Had them on TT and have them now on 5er. If it hadn't come with them, we'd have put them on--a real must. We can leave our vents open all winter even in storage and allow fresh air to come in. Really cuts down on moisture problems, etc. DH said they were very easy to install, just a few screws. :goodvibes

I put them on my vents last year(even the power vent with some silght mod.) and they work great easy to install. :cool1:

We have them the dealer add them for free. There open right now little fresh air never hurt anyone.

Has anyone seen or heard of a vent called "Ramble Vent" It looks good and is alot cheaper. It got me wondering.
Thanks

Ramble vents are the same type vents as the Maxx Air vents. They are sold at Camping World for a few dollars less.

Definitely worth the money and time it takes to install them. The Ramble vent covers are supposed to allow better air flow but either will do the job. There is now the MaxxAir II vent cover. Not only do I put on the MaxxAir vent covers I also put on the Turbo/Maxx vent fan. It takes a little longer to install but it does a heck of a better job than the 12v fan in the bathroom. Much quieter too. As you can see in my sig pic below I turned the vent (no fan) in the kitchen area into a high-powered vent with fan using the Turbo/Maxx and placed the MaxxAir vent covers over the bathroom and bunk area vents.

Our trailer came equipped with 1 of the Maxx Air vents in the cargo area of our trailer. I like that we can keep it open and get the fresh air. We can also leave it open (mostly because we forgot to close it) while traveling as well.

I just ordered 4 MaxxAir vents over the 'net. Great deal only 19.99 a piece. If you want the site, let me know. I don't know if I'm allowed to post the site on this board.
