Maxine Polakis-wedding coordinator

Has anyone out there worked with Maxine? She is our wedding coordinator. Any information would be great! Thanks!

Maxine is Great! Up until today we have only communicated via mail and e-mail. She called me this afternoon and we had a wonderful conversation about what our day was going to be like. She sounds young, energetic and very eager to help me plan! She use to work with custom weddings, but recently got promoted to manager of intimate weddings! Anyone would be lucky to have her as their coordinator

I, too, have Maxine as my wedding coordinator. She was not my original. I found out when I called my initial coordinator and received Maxine's message. I have YET to talk to Maxine, as every time I call, she is away. I am so frustrated! She may be wonderful, but I have yet to have a conversation with her...Good Luck!

Megan, Sorry you've been having trouble getting in contact with Maxine. I believe she is only in the office Sat-Wed, and I know that she has been out for a little while. She had to fly to NJ for her grandmother's funneral. Best of luck with your wedding plans. I hope you get to speak with her soon. When is your wedding?

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am brand new to this forum, and we have an Intimate Wedding scheduled for November 14, 2004 at the Boardwalk Seabreeze Point. We also currently live in Orlando, so I may be able to help anyone with local questions. I have received valuable info from these boards. Thank YOU ALL

Maxine is also my coordinator and she has been very helpful eventhough we are so far away from our wedding Date. The only time I have not received anything back has been inthe last week or so. I beleve someone commented earlier that she had a family emergency.
