Maximizing my free DDP ... please help!

You will have no problem splitting a CS meal at the pepper market for lunch. We always share one meal and just use our mugs for the other drink.

Just incase you didn't know there are restrictions on dessert at the PM you can get a bakery tier 1 or 2 item (they have the DDP symbol) on the price board.

There is plenty of food on the dining plan. I wouldn't waste time or money on a grocery delivery. Especially for a grown up trip. If you want put a couple of things in the bag and bring them from home. This trip is about reconnecting as adults, not budgeting and not worrying about price on the Free Dining Plan. Take the time out!

By the way we could order the big breakfast platters and share them. It comes with two beverages (CS Breakfast comes with 2 beverages). We'd get bottled juice or milk and a water to take into the park for the day. I think CS breakfast is a great value. Then you can share one of those big park lunches as you hold your appetite for dinner.

What types of desserts are on tier one and two? Anything good?

Are you rope drop people? If so, I'd definitley plan on getting bagels or cereal bars in the room. The resorts during free dining are packed and breakfast can take a while. I didn't like wasting the time in the AM because I like to hit the parks at rope drop. That way we were hungry for an early lunch and avoided the crowds then too.

I thought a snack/breakfast at Main Street Bakery was a great idea also, but the lines were so long! It took us forever and I'd much rather be in line for a ride than food. I won't do it again. Maybe the thing to do there is to pick it up the night you are at the park to have the next morning in your room.
