MAW waiting in line

I was wondering how does it work if the MAW kid can't ride the ride but 2 of the family members want to.
Do they still get to the front of the line being a MAW familly memeber? Or do they have to wait in line because the MAW kid isn't going on the ride?
Just wondering because there are a few rides he can't ride and sister wants to and I don't want to have to wait an hour while she is in line.

You can ask the CM at the ride, but the button and GAC is for the child, so if they can not go on the ride, then you wait in the normal line. one suggestion for that would be to get a fast pass and come back to the ride when it say on the fast pass- the wait "should" be a lot less.
