I'm so very sorry it's taken so long for me to get back on here. When I've read of other's coming home from their Wish Trips and how "life just takes over"....WOW...they are soooo right! I came home to: 1) exhausted 2) sick (allergy/sinus) 3) a LOAD of school work 4) the little girls had so much make-up school work 4) PLUS they both started Tball/Softball as well!!! Holy SMOKES I have been NON stop. Literally. I had another class that is a Dynamic class that started the Monday after we got home too. Anyhoo, not trying to excuse myself...but please be patient...I HAVE TONS of pics...and we all had soooooooo much fun. Things went, for the most part, pretty smoothly. I can't wait to tell you all about it. GKTW is such an unbelievable place. I wish I lived down there so I could Volunteer my time. I just love that place. Khelsey DID meet that crazy Purple Dinosaur (Barney) and she just loved it! We ended up doing ALL 7 PARKS IN 5 DAYS....don't ask me how...but it was my husband's idea. Actually, a good but bad idea. Glad we got to see ALL of the parks but man, we were SOOOO exhausted. I can't wait to get my ducks in a row and share everything!!! Please stay tuned!!!

I've been looking almost every day for an update from you and can't believe I missed this. I hope you can relax and catch up a bit with home life because we all are dying to hear more and see pictures. Overall it sounds like things went well but I think your dh's crazy schedule (7 parks in 5 days!!!!) may have done you in!

Never thought we would get THIS busy!!!! BUT............I'm wanting to start my TRIP REPORT now or I will NEVER get it done. LOL. So, how do I start it? I forgot!

Our lives are soooo crazy busy. I have had back to back tests/quizzes...HOWEVER, I have also made ALL A's on them too since we've been back!!

The girls started softball too...so our lives are sooooo rocked right now. Never thought adding Karis to the 'extracurricular' activities would affect us so much! A "peak" at our schedule:

Mon: school for girls, I leave at 4pm for school and the both younger girls get home at that time as well, so my in-laws are here to help w/ that. Travis is at work until 9:30 that night so his parents also take Karis to dance.

Tues: Kaylie has dance AND softball...depending on softball times, she has to miss dance or miss softball. I have school as well that night @ 6pm.

Wed: kids get home and I go to work (Karis has practice).

Thurs: kids get home and I go to work (Kaylie has practice & Karis has game).

Fri: same as above, but both have games.

Sat. same as above and both have games.

Sunday: I work.

I think Kaylie has really gotten into softball and says she doesn't want to take dance next year...I'm a little sad and I think she will regret it too, but I also have that "THANK GOODNESS" attitude too in hopes of saving some pennies and having that little bit of peace for a day! hahahaha

Health-wise we are all doing great- other than the typical allergies. We are all still dreaming of our trip to Disney. I miss it soooo very much. Kaylie says "we will go back soon Mommy"...

Anyhoo...I am ready to start my TR so I am going to try to figure out how to get it started and please STAY TUNED!

Spring does get to be a hectic time, doesn't it?! Alexa quit gymnastics, but other than the monetary savings it saves me no time as Ben still goes and while they were in different classes it was same night/same time/same location. We won't do t-ball or baseball though -- soccer is much less time consuming.

Yay on all the A's you are getting! That must feel really good to know all your hard work is really paying off.

I'll just sit here and continue to tap my fingers in hopes that one day I'll get to see pics from your trip.

Our laptop crashed....THANKFULLY we are able to access ALL of our Disney pics through the Safe Mode. He's in the process of trying to transfer them all to our desktop now, so it will be a little bit. I'll post some pics real quick to tie you all over...at least the few he's been able to transer. UGH!

I'm loving the photos!!!! You need to make them bigger though -- I have old eyes! Those are some great shots and I bet Khelsey was just in awe seeing Barney. Keep those pics coming (once you get them all recovered -- what a headache).

Just found your trip report. Wish I had found it earlier. I am touched by the kindness and wonderful people on these boards. My oldest daughter is 17 too. I also have a cousin with Retts and I know my aunt and uncle struggled for years not knowing what was wrong. She is 20 years old now. Hope you have a wonderful Easter and looking forward to reading more when you have time. I have three kids all involved in different activities so I know how busy it can be!
