I would like to get our family some matching shirts for a couple of days at WDW- but really not wanting to do the iron ons. Any suggestions where to find reasonably priced?

I made our tee shirts, I did use iron ons, but they were a high quality -- personalized exactly how we wanted them, and I must say, they turned out absolutely fantastic! We got so many compliments on them for People and Cast members! If people didn't comment, they were looking!
I checked into online buying tees already done, but couldn't rationalize paying that much for tees we would wear 1 day! I'd rather have that money to take to Disney with us!!
I spent $5 on each tee, and $5 for each iron on. I also spent a little but on some extra "bling" for us girls. But, no way close to what I would paid online!
Seriously, reconsider doing these on your own. Unless your just no good at this stuff, or do not have some spare time to invest in making them.
We're going next fall, and I'll be making them again for sure!

I made tie dyes for us--get a good tie dye kit(the Jacquard one at AC Moore has bright dyes) and have fun. You can also get shirts in all colors there, so you could get matching shirts for everyone and not put iron ons on them. Or you could get shirts from the Disney Store.

One year we got US flag shirts after July 4th at Walmart too.

idk how many guys and how many girls, but we often find Disney character shirts at Target and Sears that aren't too expensive.

Maybe there's a local printer that can make them for you? My brother-in-law (he owns a print shop) made ours.

I use zazzle. I've done my own with some great designs but the quality is not as good as zazzle. However, I'm not sure I'd say that zazzle has been budget friendly.

I'd look at etsy too.

Can you please tell where you got the iron-ons? Thanks.

I second checking at a local printer. I recently made some shirts for my daughter's team, and I used high quality iron-ons and followed all the directions. We paid $9 per shirt. The corners of the design peeled off some of the shirts that day, and the few washings we've done haven't been kind to the design. For the replacement shirts, we had a local printer make them. The design the kids made had 3 colors (so 3 screens), and was $13 a shirt. We had 18 shirts made up, and I know larger quantities reduces the price a bit, but you wouldn't need 3 colors. I think each silkscreen adds quite a bit to the cost.

I second the vote for Zazzle.com. I just received the shirt I ordered when they were having a sale and all shirts were 50% off, and I am impressed with the quality.

try etsy.com

you can get them disney themed, each person could have a character they liked but the shirts all be similar in color etc.???? they have lots of different ideas they will also sell you iron ons that you can design your self.

type in search once on etsy for disney shirts, t-shirts and lots of vendors/ ideas will come up.

prices vary so really take a good look you can get some good deals
