Massage experiences?

We are going to WDW in November and I want to book my wife a massage as a surprise. We are staying at AKL. I know they have a spa there, but I wanted to know if anyone has had any experiences with the spas at Disney? And what you thought about it? Thanks!

I don't believe there is a spa at AKL. The spas are at Saratoga Springs and the Grand Floridian. DH and I got a couples massage at the Grand Floridian a few years ago and it was heaven. Very relaxing.

I have an appt. for the Senses Signature message and wrap plus a foot reflexology at Senses at the GF in September. Reservation lady was very nice. I made my res towards the end of the vacation. There are a few youtube review videos you can watch online. Im very excited and its so sweet of you to think of doing this for your wife!

My wife has used the AKL Spa before and really enjoyed her massage. They offer a few different massage packages, any of which I am sure your wife would enjoy. I have already booked my wife her massage at the AKL Spa for our trip this September.

Thanks. I think I will go ahead and book her one there for our trip. I think it would just be easier to walk down from our room at AKL than to have to go to a different resort.

We stayed there three years ago for our anniversary. I purchased a spa treatment for him. He loved it. To get to the spa if you have to go outside near the pool area.

I have been to the spa at the beach club several times and it is a wonderful experience every time. When talking to the staff that works there they said that they all don't work in one location that everyday they could be at a different disney spa so they are all held to the same standard no matter what resort it is at. Everyone that I've ever had has been great!

I have been to Saratoga Springs and Senses at the Grand. Both experiences were wonderful, but I very much preferred the experience at the Grand and I believe it was because we were saying there. I think that your wife will love having her massage steps away from your room, so the AKL would have been my choice as well.
