Mass. weather forecast questions!!

MA DISers....What's the forecast for Thanksgiving day down your way?? We are leaving Maine after dinner (at least that's the plan at the moment) and traveling to western MA. So, I'm looking for the afternoon, early evening forecast. We are headed to a dog show and towing our camper....not exactly a snow vehicle!!! What about Fri. AM in case we decide to leave bright and EARLY instead?

Depends on where you are going. North of Boston and into NH and VT, a good amount of snow. Boston area and west of 495, "the snow belt" could get a couple of inches, and of course the South shore, Plymouth to the Cape, rain with some mix.

I see you are going to western MA...it will be snow.

Are they saying how much and when it will stop?

I'm here in northern western Mass(right on NH, VT & MA border). They're calling for probably up to 3" of snow(higher in the Berkshires). South of us it may change to rain for a while, but will return to snow for the evening. Not exactly my idea of a good time! I just hope one of my DS's will be around to shovel/snowblow as my DH just got his cortisone shot in his back this AM and won't be up to dealing with it!
