Mascot Outfits

So, do any of you here know anyone that wears mascot costumes? Like the ones at DLand. I wondered how hot they got, and found this article about mascot costumes how hot they got. It says they have cooling units and such in them. Kind of interesting.

I used to know someone who was a character on DCL. She was occasionally in the shows (the big theater ones, after dinner), but mostly did character/mascot stuff on board. She said the costumes were super sweaty and the head pieces were outrageously heavy

Just talked to my uncle and mentioned this to him. I totally forgot that he worked as a character! But he only did the pirate costumes, and his wife did the princess stuff without the masks.
