Does anyone know how these dresses are fitting? True to size? Smaller than normal? ShopDisney isn't always accurate with their size guide measurements. Thanks for any help!

Oh my gosh I love that dress!! It's a really good thing I don't have the spending money for this right now or I'd be all over it! The penguins are melting my heart!
