Has anyone stayed here recently? We arrive early next week and are wondering what to expect.

How are the rooms?

How is access to DLP? Val d'Europe?

Is there in room internet access (either wireless or nework connected)?

How good are the laundry facilities in each room? Are the rooms equipped with an iron / ironing board?

TV Channels? Is it a good mix of English and French-speaking channels?

Is there a decent variety of kid-friendly facilities / activities? (DD 4)

What are your overall thoughts on the propery? Pros? Cons?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! We'll see you there as we arrive on Tuesday and stay til Saturday! We went last November as well and it was fantastic. The townhouses are lovely - very spacious and a home-away-from-home! You get a full kitchen with all the mod cons including dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
You also have a spacious lounge/dining room and a toilet downstairs.
Upstairs we had a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; then there was another bedroom and another bathroom. It's wonderful!
Access to Dlp is via a free shuttlebus although the timetable is quite limited. I believe there is also a private shuttlebus but am not sre how much this costs. We always have a car.
There is internet access - network I think.
As far as facilities for children go, there's an indoor swimming pool, a children's club/creche and an outdoor play area.
There is a tv and CD/DVD player but I can't remember what channels there were.
The only downsides for us were the lack of places to eat as there was no restaurant; and the fact that the shop there is rather pricey!
It is a wonderful place to stay and I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time. :cheer2: See you there! :woohoo:

Glad you liked it Sarah . We are going in two weeks and I can't wait. Hope the strikes are over with though !. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too :thumbsup2

Thanks! :sad2: The Marriott really is a lovely place to stay, I'm sure you'll enjoy yourselves! :cheer2:

We were delighted with our stay at the Marriott, as did the other families in our group. We enjoyed cooking simple dinners, so the kids could go to sleep while the adults chatted.

There is a small convenience store on site, and an Auchan supermarket at the mall.
