marriott's cypress harbour question

can you request which bldg. you would like to stay in? if so, does anyone know which bldgs. are close to the main pool area and are remodeled?

I think so.

Cypress Harbour is not like Grande Vista.

I haven't heard a ton of complaints about the units being unkept even the unconditioned ones.

so I think you will be save.

they give their best building to their members.

It might be easier to give you a list of the building NOT near the lakes - since most of the building are near the lakes.

the building NOT with a lake view - 57, 66, 67, 68, 74,

the building number 50 thru 74 with these exception no 58, 59 or 61.

We requested a unit near the front pool this year and got a 5th floor room in building 51. It was newly remodeled and had a great view. Everything was new with the exception of the bathroom sink (which should have been replaced) and hot tub. We got to CH at 1:00 and had to wait until 4:30 until the room was ready but it was worth the wait. we are not owners. Cypress harbor is my family's favorite resort.

Hi...We originally stayed at CH in 2003 and subsequently purchased at Grande Vista. We love CH and you will, too. We stayed in building #52-Cedar Key(not sure if that's a newly refurbished unit) and it is the closest to the main pool. Unit #53-Big Pine Key is on the opposite side of main pool, same distance away. There's daily activities at the pool and Activities center. The activities center, don't know if you have kids or not, but it has arcade games inside, basketball courts, bikes to rent, and planned arts & crafts for the kids. You won't be dissapointed.

When are you going? Have a great time. You are also between 10-15 minutes from WDW. That's from the time you get in your car to the time you get out of your car. We went in October and we never hit traffic. You are right at the Eastbound exit #71(Sea World exit) off I-4. Very convenient.
