Marriott World Center/Hilton DTD

I noticed that these are two of the hotels coming up in the resort category on Priceline. I've tried to research these questions, but have drawn a blank and would be grateful for any help available.

Marriott: I have been unable to see any representation that this hotel offers shuttle service to WDW. Does indeed offer anything like that? If it doesn't, that may well be a deal breaker, as I wouldn't be safe there even bidding in the 3 1/2 star category, as I could always get "upgraded".

Hilton: I know the Hilton offers shuttle service, but is it its own, or is it shared with other DTD hotels? I'm thinking about just trying to book that direct, as it's offered for $99/night during my most likely visit time.

Also considering a hotwire deal of $72/night, Seems like it would likely be the Royal Plaza or BVP.

Thanks in advance for any helpful comments.

Lots to consider before I can book: first get paid, buy airfare, and then book hotel. One thing at a time...

I believe the Marriott has shuttles, but you pay for them. I would call them and see -
Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center

8701 World Center Drive

Orlando, Florida 32821 USA

Phone: 1-407-239-4200

The Hilton in Downtown Disney does share their shuttle bus service - I believe that the Downtown Disney group of hotels are kind of divided into two groups for bus service, so you will stop at a hotel or two on your way to or from a park. But, they run every 30 minutes or so, so it's quite frequent, and it is free. All the Downtown Disney hotels offer this, so I'd also check with sites like www.mousesavers.com for specials on these hotels. Frequently they have such good deals, and you'd know precisely where you're booking!

Good luck.

Marriott World Center is a possibility under Resorts category of Priceline, but is not a very common winner. Hyatt Grand Cypress and Hilton DTD are most likely resorts to win on Priceline in the DTD/LBV bidding zone, with the new Hilton Bonnet Creek also a fairly strong possibility. The Swan and Dolphin are also on the Resort list for this zone with betterbidding.com, but are very rare wins on Priceline.
