Marriott Grande Vista offer sold out?

Did anyone else get the $199 offer? Well it's sold out for pretty much the whole month of March, most of Feb and 3/4 of April. They're giving us accommodations at the Renaissance Sea World, but I wonder how they will "sell us" the time share if we can't even stay there? Don't get me wrong, we still will be able to have a wonderful vacation for 4 nights, however don't you think this goes against rule #1 of trying to sell the timeshare?

no - most of the time you don't stay at the place they are trying to sell - if you don't have transportation - they will be happy to pick you up and drop you off after.

they want the place that they are trying to sell to be better than where you are staying....
