Marriott Flamingo properties?

I remember hearing Marriott is building two new properties in the"flamingo" is this a new area around WDW? What is this near? I apologize I'm not even sure if that's the proper name. When are these hotels scheduled to open? Yup it's confirmed I have baby brain! Thanks for any help!

It is flamingo crossing off of hwy 429 and western way.
