Marriot Grande Vista ?'s

I need a place to stay in November and my mother has a timeshare at the Marriot Grande Vista. Anyone ever stay there? I am looking for something off property because we will not be going to the parks during this part of the trip. We will be going to DTD, International drive and using the 4 days to relax and explore. Would appreciate any opinions(good or bad).

It's a beautiful place. We were just there in March in a one-bedroom. If you go back a page or two, you'll find some threads about Marriott's Grande Vista. My kids really loved the pool area, and it's nice to have the little store and Pizza Hut take-out right next to the pool. We had dinner one night on our screened patio overlooking the lake - very peaceful and quiet. We never even heard our neighbors. Pull-out couch was not quite as comfortable as we would have liked, but that was the only negatiave.

We enjoyed this resort very much this past April with our kids (11 & 5), they didn't want to leave.

Very spacious, immaculately clean and tons of activities, very peaceful at night, friendly staff, excellent location. Beautiful resort.

You would be very happy here
