While awaiting trial, he decided to paint marijuana leaves all over the exterior of his house with HEMP written in between. Incidentally, he lives on HIGH STREET. His neighbors, needless to say are not happy with the paint job and would like the leaves removed. So far it seems that while it is illegal to have marijuana inside your house, you can have pictures of marijuana ON your house. Would you be happy with the decor?
