Margaritaville Blender

Does anyone own a Margaritaville Blender? I was thinking that it can't be any different than a regular blender until today when I took the time to actually watch a commercial for it. They shave the ice before blending and that sounds pretty good to me. Using a regular blender always leaves behind chunks of ice. What are your thoughts on them?

I love my Margaritaville Blender I just got it for Christmas Makes the best strawberry margarites I got the cordless machine

nymets, I didn't even know about a cordless one. I wonder if it is as powerful as a corded one.

I have one and love it....also bought my dad one for Father's Day and he thinks it is about the best thing ever. Tuesday Morning has one of them now for about $140 which is a very good price for them.

Do you know which model this is? That's about the average price for the Bahamas model.

I'm happy to see the feedback on this. I'm planning on purchasing a nice blender next month, and this is one I was considering. We use a blender daily at my house, so a good one will be worth it for my family. I have also read good reviews on the Vitamix.
