Mardi Gras

We will be at Universal/IOA during "Mardi Gras". Can anyone tell me what activites this entails? The official Website has VERY little information on anything from what I've seen, thank goodness for this discussion board!

If any one has experienced "Mardi Gras" could you write what is involved, the times and places, etc.? The information would be much appreciated!
