if you don't have an annual pass, is there an extra cost to enter for mardi gras? if so how much?

or if you are already in the park with a regular ticket, they don't kick you out,, ( been there before,, but with annual passes) unless that changed.

is it only a charge if you enter after the regular park hours?

Mardi Gras festivities at the Studios are included with park admission so you can stay for the parade and concert at no additional charge. There is usually a $59.95 ticket for admission after 5pm but that's only for FL residents.
