Mardi Gras Float VQ virtual line on app

The app says the spots are available “around 3pm” each day, but I haven’t been able to see them pop up the past 3 days. Tomorrow is my last shot and I know it’s slim (dinner packages were sold out for our dates by the time I learned about them). Anyone with experience (or secondhand knowledge) of getting a VQ on the universal app to ride on a Mardi Gras float?
