I'm going to go ahead and answer this since everybody has finished.
Most of you knew this sign could be found in the Africa section of Disney's Animal Kingdom. It is found on the outside of the Mombasa Marketplace, I believe, facing Tusker House, and near the entrance to Kilimanjaro Safaris.
By the way, Mjafari is a type of tree in Swahili.
