I don't want to argue with the quiz host but, according to the DIS Boards main site she is called Smart Judy

Mikki, With Joh and Tony's direction, I just looked at the Universe of Energy Dis information (no pun intended!!! although "disinformation" seems to fit this situation to a T) and think that what's written there is right (Smart Judy)--but also think that Tony's answer (Stupid Judy) is right, too. I may have a false memory of this, but am pretty sure that Ellen introduces Judy Peterson as her old college roommate and says that everyone called her Smart Judy. Then in classic Ellen style she lets us know that she called her Stupid Judy. Our quiz question was what was this character's nickname, not specifying which nickname.

I have to say I feel particularly nerdy to have spent this much time on this single bit of Disney minutiae. I really ought to go read a book! I'm just hoping we haven't driven Tony away from the computer screaming!

Good grief! I really need to find a Disney 12 step program!! I came back to the computer and noticed the link sent by Latte Lover to the transcript of Ellen's speech and could NOT resist clicking and reading. I see I did have a false memory of Ellen's speech. Ellen calling her a "smarty-pants know-it-all" isn't the same as nicknaming her Smart Judy. I'm asking you publicly to forgive me, Tony, for pressuring you to accept that answer. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry.

Now I'm going to the gym and see if I can force enough oxygen to my brain to move on with my life.

If you look at Tony's other link to the script you will see her called a smarty pants but the only reference to a nickname is stupid Judy. As Bill Nye said that was a stupid name because she was bright!
