nearly done with first week of body revolution. Interestingly the second time those work outs felt much easier. Looking forward to the second week and then moving on!

Woohoo! I've done 3 days of jillian, one run, and one day of beautiful ballet which Was mostly strength training so im gonna say it subs for one or two of the body revolution workouts. I may to be doing the 90 day workouts exactly as she says but I will be doing 90 days of equivalent workouts for sure! And. I agree second time around was easier for me too.

My throat still hurts though. I cannot WAIT to get back to normal.

Got to the gym twice this week so far. Adding 180 minutes since last posting. Mostly walking on the treadmill, lots of arm exercises, which felt great. leg exercises, not so great! LOL!

Still working the 5K to 10K app. Going well. Just started week 2. Also just got a new treadmill, which I am loving. Though I really can't wait to GET OUTSIDE! Did additional strength exercises.

started 2nd week of Body Revolution. I am starting to really enjoy those workouts. And am slowly getting afraid of what there is to come!! Bought new (heavier) weights yesterday and was very happy with myself that I was able to do everything with them! But now my arms feel like pudding! :rotfl2:

Then a PR on my 10k (only by 3 1/2 min, but I'm happy)
